Jordan is the man. He made sure to take the time to do a thorough job getting this battery swapped out in the freezing cold and snow. J-hooks were even frozen and locked up so he had to hack saw down some they had on hand that were a bit long for the car to make sure everything was clamped down tight. 5 Stars doesn’t even feel like a high enough recommendation.

I went to buy a starter and Mike took great care of me and also helped me get a 25% discount which was $ 50 less on my bill. Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mike for your help especially at this time.

On October 11, 2022, the two employees working the closing shift went above and beyond for me right at closing time. I came in needing an oil drain plug for a motorcycle i had just bought to replace the one that loosened and fell out while riding somewhere on 70. The two employees were not sure on the size of the bolt or the type of oil, but began to put their heads together and do some research. They found the information they were looking for, promptly grabbed the necessary items in the store, and even took the plug out of its packaging to be sure they were selling me the correct combination wrench to torque the plug back on. Because of them, my friend and I were able to fix my motorcycle and continue the ride back to my place that night. I am grateful for your service and allowing me to take full advantage of the remaining warm days to ride.

Today was another fantastic experience at Advanced Auto in Mt. Airy, MD thanks to Dan! My battery died and was still under warranty with Advanced. Dan quickly went out to my vehicle, performed necessary testing/charging on the battery, determined it failed and replaced it under warranty. While he was installing the new battery, we had a very nice conversation where I learned that he is a Veteran and Mustang owner and enthusiast. The reason I bought a battery from Advanced is because of the service I received in the past. Dan delivered the excellent service once again. He is an asset to your organization. Dan, thank you for your help today and thank you for your service to our country.

I waited way too long to replace my windshield wipers and had to make a quick stop here on a rainy day. I was assisted by Nick who helped me find what I needed, made a great product recommendation, and replaced my wipers all within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service, thank you Nick! Before I begin I want to mention that I am currently employed here. I can say that the group of us that we have here are very dedicated toward helping you, our customers. Our Commercial Parts Pro is absolutely phenomenal. Our current Manager is pretty great too. He is very knowledgeable and knows the store inventory very well. Always doing his best to take care of us and the stores occupants. The rest of us do whatever we can to accommodate you in any way that we can. Come in and take a look, if we don't hold the item in our store, but have it at another location, We will gladly order it at no extra cost to you.

After reading reviews, I feel that a management change must have occurred. Not only were both employees that helped me polite and knowledgeable, they were able to deduce that the specifics I had about my car were incorrect, and saved me a return trip I would have made to get the correct part. My return business was thoroughly earned.

Very helpful and friendly people. I called in looking for information on spark plugs for a online pick up. Matthew was very helpful going through the different models and pricing. As I got my information to go online and order I received another call from Matthew. Updating me on the inventory of the items and another comparable item going above and beyond the service.

Helpful counter staff. Pretty much only knows what the computer tells them. However the employees were very helpful in showing me the different options for my vehicles replacement part options. Price point was comparable with competition
