Went here to find my son a bike. Emma helped us find the perfect bike and helmet. She was so patient and helpful. We are grateful for the help and service we received.

I was in the market for a new pair of CCM hockey skates and after visiting some of the larger hockey "specific" shops, I tried the folks at PIA. No other shops had any AS590's in stock, (they did) and no one had any of my size. I called PIA to see what they could do and Emma went out of her way to locate a pair from CCM and had them shipped to me north of town. The manager there was great to deal with and they really shined as a sporting store in the area.

No lacrosse gear at this store but a good selection and range of prices for other sports.

Awesome place. They keep a great collection of items in stock. I’ve sold a couple of times to them, and the offers are always very fair. Guys up front are helpful and respectful. My go-to spot for all good related needs.

Wow, great service, knowledgeable employees. Grandma sent a check to upgrade a bike, trade in was easy and big selection of new and used bikes. Highly recommend this be your first stop for sporting supplies.

I had multiple great experiences while in town for Christmas with my family. Mason was able to get skis remounted for us the same day! John helped my daughter and myself pick out some new skis. The knowledge of everything they have was second to none. Yeah we stopped by the other “ski shops” in town but the overall atmosphere and energy from ALL employees sold me.

Customer service was awesome. We needed skis and boots for 3 kids. We got a reasonable amount of credit for our trade ins and left with great items. The customer service worker did a fabulous job making sure we got the right products.

Awesome staff and sport gear selection. Walked in to get help with what we would need for a beginner snowboarder. Sebastian was super knowledgeable about sizing and pricing. Felt like he wasn't just trying to sell us on things, but actually took great care in getting us what we needed. We'll be back!

Great deals, leases, and buy-back program on used gear. Sales team very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me get the right ski gear for my family. Not pushy at all. Will go back there for bikes and more soon.

These guys are great. Phenomenal even. I took my bike into them several months ago on a cold Saturday with a flat. Not only were they able to squeeze it in, but gave me a great flat rate price for installing a new tire with a sealer compound and the tech did some adjustments to the drivetrain and lubed the chain, at no charge.

I have since gone back to them with other issues and not only are they prompt at resolving my problems but typically faster at what they do than others. Under promise and over deliver.

As to the store selection, there is a wide and varied amount of items. Some are brand new, some are used. They do their best to make sure that everything is in great shape and to keep a wide selection of a variety of sports. Granted they have a limitation for space, but they do their best without making you feel cramped.

Knowledgeable folks who are friendly, never attitude from them. Don’t hesitate to shop there for your sporting goods and know that when it comes to service they are pretty much second to none in a town where most of the bike shops like to go above and beyond to help you out. I imagine that they would do the same with any other sporting goods.

We come here every year to get new ski boots for our kids as their feet grow. Good selection, and they pay a decent price for our trade in.

You can usually find at least one employee who has some knowledge with some of the gear.

Would be nice if you could save transactions to an account rather than having to save every receipt.

Knowledgeable, friendly ski staff. John’s an exceptional boot fitter. He went out of his way to custom fit a brand new pair of Roxa boots and found me a set of last year’s demo Ripsticks in excellent condition. Been the best gear. Nice work fellas.

Almost always look here first when comparison shopping for skiis, boards, whatever. Nice and helpful employees

We came in to outfit our family with skis and the help was amazing. We had our own personal shopper. He knew everything about skiing and walked us through the whole process. It took him about an hour and he was happy to help. Mason was amazing. You deserve a raise.

They gave me a fair price on a bike. I think they have a great staff too.
