Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I wouldn't normally give a Dairy Queen five stars because the ones I've been to certainly don't qualify for that, but this one absolutely DOES! The food was awesome, the staff polite, friendly,and professional, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! We were traveling from Olathe, KS to Omaha, NE and had not been here before, so we were delighted when everything turned out to be fresh AND delicious! Anytime we are in this area, we will definitely be stopping here again!

Very clean, remodeled recently so looks great, staff very friendly. Can't go wrong with a blizzard so many flavors good stuff. Went for a cheeseburger this visit and it was perfect nice and hot and juicey just right amount of toppings and the bun was super soft.

We love the dairy queen on 248 in Branson...the employees are super friendly . Everyone looks CLEAN AND HAPPY! the food is served in quick time

I absolutely love our Platte City DQ. It far surpasses the other DQ’s in the Kansas City MO and KS areas. The people are so awesome, and they know how to make everything just right. They remember you, know what you like, and ask how you've been. For me, the people make it. It is, by a landslide the best fast food in Platte City.

Chicken strips came with lots of fries and a chocolate sundae. Very good. Husband's hamburgers were good too. Friendly people.

Love their blizzard cakes for birthday celebrations. We even mentioned that we were doing a "Minecraft" themed party and the writing on the cake matched the theme. Definitely recommend for great cakes, cool treats and friendly staff.

Friendly staff and good food. They will give you a free tiny ice cream if you have your dog with you too! Very cool.

Best Blizzards in KC! Get my favorite creation cookie dough and Reese’s Cups together. Great mix portions with creamy delicious ice cream!

The lunch crew during the week are a good crew! Sure hope they are being paid well! My food is always hot and fresh they are very polite and get the food done asap even if they are swamped. It's kind of nice to have friendly courteous young kids working so hard every day. Give me a little hope!

Customer service is great. The long line passes through drive-thru fast.
Bought a blizzard cake for a bday and not surprised it was amazing.

Perfect ratio of hot fudge to ice cream in my sundae. All of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be stopping by again.

They staf was hit or miss but the man who took my order was supper nice it seems that they are tired at thr end of the day lmao 🤣

My food looked like it came out of a commercial. The employees were very friendly and got everything right, which i greatly appreciate and is getting more and more rare... Delicious food, fast and not expensive...
