I LOVE BP!! It's a shame that it always seems like there is always 1 person there more than any others, even at different times of day. I always see the same person! They need way better management, as well as upper management...the store is always out of sorts, and the employees stressed out. I don't know how they do it. Management doesn't care, or it appears that way, as long as they get what they want. Nothing ever gets stocked because there are never more than 1 person there...even on the busiest times of day...so sad...

Where does one of your employees trying to make a regular customer feel comfortable in your store? From what,I am finding out the employee name is Mary? Implying falsehood on my character? This employee needs to learn- If you want respect,you got earn respect!

That use to be one of the cleanest stores around but the last few months is has become nasty and the manager is slow and not nice at all, he want give you time to enter ur point card so he enters his and that's WRONG... The store smells bad and the floors are dirty, What's up with this place?
