I love the fact that they open at 6am and the staff is so friendly, and it's always a pleasure shopping there it's So peaceful. It's way better than that food Lion around the corner. NO SHADE but the store is way cleaner the produce is fresher MORE variety of Food i haven't found a expired product at all so i mean. You can tell the managers and the staff take pride in how that store looks it's AMAZING!!!!!!! 😺 😁

As someone who was employed here and an avid customer afterwards, I can honestly say that Harris Teeter and this store in general is a great brand and place to shop for all grocery needs and other products that would surprise you as well.

For VIC Members, there are deals in almost every department. Once I actually saw "buy two get three free" deals on various items as well as deals on steaks and various other meats. Speaking of various items, their aisles are decked out with items I don't normally see in other stores.

Managers like Levis and employees like Darrell really do a great job and make customers as well as employees feel welcome and proud to be there.

Its unfortunate sometime the things I would hear around deli which would be only one of the main issues I had with going there but overall a great experience.

This is a great grocery store for everyone. They have a great selection and good prices if you become a VIP member. One of the things they are known for is their sub deal. You can get a sub, bag of chips, and a drink for only $6.48. You would be really surprised at how good the sub is because it is very good. I have heard their sushi is really good also. But Harris Teeter is a great store all around.

Great store. Frequent sale items make prices more affordable. Has a pharmacy with great staff.
Bathrooms are always clean and functional.
Has an ATM, lottery vending machine and a cell phone drop machine.
Butcher area is well stocked and clean. No smells. Salad bar and deli also have ready-to-eat meals like subs, wraps, sushi, fried chicken, etc. Store was remodeled about 4 years ago, so very clean and modern.

Fine well stocked grocery store and pharmacy. Plenty of parking available friendly staff. Often prices are higher than at Food Lion.

Looking for a specific item in the meat and seafood area. Butcher saw me searching and came over to frozen seafood to help. He was helpful and friendly, as always!

Not bad, not the best. Other HTs in the area have more selections. I was really thinking when Kroger closed, and they refurbished the store as HT that it would be similar to the one at Erwin Square in Durham.

Something about this HT and the Kroger before is the meat and fish counter always smells so strong.

This Harris Teeter is a great store to shop at. Shelves are always stocked. Floor is always clean and the bathrooms are always kept clean. My experience shopping here has always been positive. Keep up the good work!

Very clean inside. Nice bathrooms. Shelves were well stocked this morning. Found some good markdowns on cat food.

Very good selection! Robert, my cashier, was also so very kind and cracked some really funny jokes while we were checking out. Nicest cashier I've ever had. Overall I was really pleased with my experience here.

The store is always kempt, clean and organized. But the STAR of the "show", so to speak, is Justin in the deli department. Made us the absolute best wraps and with such enthusiasm! Great personality, he is a GEM!

Clean, well stocked, well managed! The Deli is awesome! Ask CoCo to make you a Sub or roast a pork loin for you - she is truly special 🐎

Harris Teeter has been my go to grocery store since I moved to NC over 29 years ago. I feel they deliver the best overall value for my everyday shopping needs. Plus this HT has a fuel station in the same parking lot so it's easy to cash in my fuel points -AND- the station has free air so I can keep my tire pressure perfect all year round. During the peak of the pandemic, HT was almost the only place I went to outside our home. All of the staff there became like friends; even after the lockdown was lifted we still are on a first name basis and share stories about our lives and families.

Store is very clean. The gentleman that checked us out took his time and probably did one of the best bagging jobs I’ve ever seen. Wish they were all like him!

This is a nice store. It's not as big as some of the other HTs I've shopped at, but it does have the gas station. The pharmacy on the other hand is always very busy. They have a pharmacy discount similar to good rx called Blink. It discounts are pretty good on generics, better than a lot of health insurance plans. Named brands are more expensive imo.

1st time shopping at this Harris Teeter. I was looking for a couple of items I can't get locally (sadly) however HT was impressive as a grocery store, reminding me of the market where I shop in FL. The store was clean, had a wide variety of items, pricing fairly consistent with other markets. As I was unfamiliar with the store layout, the staff was most helpful, friendly as were fellow shoppers. Jaden at check out was so very pleasant & helpful to this 1st time shopper checking for discounts & simply very good at his job, friendly with a smile As he worked (impressive young man). As I'm not THAT far from HT I'm sure I'll return. The variety of meats & fish were excellent, as was, much to my delight finding an item I thought I would have to special order. One shopper told me to ask the manager about the item I couldn't find, & spoke highly of him of him, that says a lot to me when people who didn't know each other tried to offer help as the store was getting busy with the work day shoppers coming in, still took the time & effort to offer help.
When I go back I hope to see how much HT carries locally sourced items.
I'm not a person who loves going to the market, but I am very pleased to know this HT not only has what I need but the staff & others shopping made what I generally dread a really good experience.
I will definitely return to this Harris Teeter, its worth the drive imho.

This is a review specifically about the gentleman at the self checkout, Prince, whose warmth and friendliness really made my day! I'd forgotten my wallet in the car - it's one of those days - and he saw that between that and everything else I was really stressed. I appreciated his kindness so much.

Clean, although very similar layout to the previous Kroger, and unfortunately similar level of attention to detail. An opened bag of dog food was re-stocked and opened when I pulled it off the shelf. How was I supposed to know since the opening of the bag faced in? Now less clean. 😅

Eric in produce was super helpful! They were out of cilantro and he was able to locate some for us. They have a wide variety of produce here and we find it to be generally fresh.
