Assistant Store Manager Tim was a great help. I had already traveled to 2 other Lowe’s locations for an item that said was in stock there but wasn’t. This was stop 3, and again the website said the item was in stock but no associate could find it. Tim took the time to double check every possible location, then helped me find a Comparable item, and then discounted it for me to make up for the hours of travel to 3 different stores. Excellent customer service, appreciate the team at this location making it right and sending me home with an item instead of just telling me to order online. Thanks Tim!

Great selection of tools. The staff are very friendly, I was in a bit of mess with a few online orders last summer and the in store cashier helped quite a bit to sort everything out.

Their garden section is quite large but they scale down during the winter time. They are probably the only and biggest home Improvement store in the Keizer area.

I ordered an 8x10 area rug,
Got the email it was ready for me to pick it up..Got to Lowe's and the
area rug that was sent was round not an 8x10..I received Excellent 👌👍 Customer Service from Lowe's..I left the Store with an area rug that looks great and is 8x10 so very impressed by my experience at Lowe's.. Thanks for

Lots of house parts. And parts for thing outside the house, like yards and gardens. And even things for driveways amd other paved areas outside the house. And stuff to go on top of the house, like vents and gutters. Basically lots of house parts and accessories.

We always find things we need for home improvements here. We ordered carpet from here, and they were easy to work with and also schedule with. They have the best garden flag selection around.

Great customer service on even picking up stuff for another person and they were really good.

Military parking spots, enough said really.. But, great customer service team, everyone is always helpful & welcoming. Rachelle is fantastic! The radio communications could be better. Had assistance the whole time though, plenty of inventory. Military discount! *The military discount doesn't go towards appliances, electrical wire or lumber*

Lowes is the Best. Great prices. Don't forget they do have a 10%OFF SALE
few times a year.

I prefer lowes over home depot but they both have their place but I always go to Lowe's 1st. My wife pre arranged I was running an errand for her like most husbands do for their spouses and I let them know where I was parked I waited about 13 minutes and it was in the bed of my truck.
She did say it would take a couple minutes so I asked her if that meant to minutes because that's what a couple means then she said about 10 minutes.
Over all I'm happy with everything and their service.

This Lowe's in Keizer is cleaner, the staff is much more helpful and they have what they say they have. Completely opposite from the south Salem Lowe's.

Staff here was polite and helpful. I am working on a project, and I needed some scrap wood. I inquired about that, hoping to find a good deal. The cashier told me they had scrap wood out back, and I could take what I needed. He could have tried to sell me something, but he saw my need and directed me to what I was asking about. That, I thought, was above the regular kind of service I usually receive from store associates. Well done, sir!

Turns out I still needed to buy some wood, but I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the guy who helped me.

Great customer service, but quite a few items were unavailable. If you're there for a larger order, I highly recommend working with Jackson at the ProDesk. He's our favorite!

Each week we go back, we find great deals in the clearance section too!

Im leaving a 5 star for the delivery team Jose and Enrique. These two young men were professional and worked wonderfully as a team, they seemed to really enjoy their job! I give the app that sends the review a zero, the link did not work even though I clicked it day of, it expires after 24 hours. Hope this review finds those two, they were great!

Bought the Craftsman 2000 series 52x37.5 Steel Tool Cabinet and had it shipped to house as it's too heavy for just myself. From purchase to delivery, 100% satisfied. Arrived undamaged, delivered to door and all store associates super friendly and helpful. Awesome Lowe's!

Lisa at this store was fantastic! I needed some heavy bags of rock and she went the extra mile to get me some. Plus she price matched and I saved about 10%. This store in great! Service is always good.
