Awesome experience at this Home Depot , originally we had ordered and payed for roofing material from Lowes in McMinnvile after learning the evening before the start of the project that our material wouldnt arrive for another week , we looked up the closest Home Depot, thinking that we would never find everything we needed by the time the roof crew arrived the next morning we drove to Salem. Once we arrived we walked into Home Depot and incountered Jon and John both working the building material department, we explained our situation and told them our needs and without hesitation Jon an John guided us to everything we needed even the colors we wanted, it was like a miracle just like that all our stress and fears evaperated into thin air. JON an JOHN had saved the day and we are very gratefull to them for that, we'll be coming back to this Home Depot because this is where you'll find outstanding customer service.! Thank you Jon an John.!

I was there with my sister to buy somebricks associate Tom helped us to take them he was very kind and kept my 2 nices entertained. I was so pleased with he's help I tried giving a tip but he wouldn't take it so I decided to leave a review. Thank you for your hard work Tom!

The sales team here is great! They know my name and always help in anyway they can. This store is like my second home. Super chill. I'm very comfortable here.

Julian at Home Depot, Cherry Ave, Salem Oregon is AMAZING 🤩. We bought 5 very heavy rubber mats, approx 72 x 32 , very heavy. He came to help us during his lunch break. I only know that because that's what a cashier told us. He was friendly and even came up with the idea of rolling them up and wrapped them. Helped load up and was very friendly about it.
0nce the cashier said the person to help was on break but would try to find someone, we thought maybe we should return and get another day. Then here comes this guy, great smile asking how he could help. Thank you Julian 😊

Great home depot to shop, one of the biggest in the area and and have the variety you need for all of your home improvements. Staff is incredible in the store and always eager to help you find what you need. Great prices and always have promotions here.

We usually go to Home Depot off Lancaster but a few days ago we decided to go to the Cherry Ave location. Upon walking in, we noticed two male employees by the customer service area. A young male & an older, heavy set guy with wavy hair. They were talking, then the older guy chuckled to the other employee probably because he heard we were lost & then he scattered. Elliot though, that guy was super accommodating! Not only did he cut our lumber but led us to a couple different aisles for other stuff.

Always helpful staff. I'm here almost daily and enjoy the selection and environment 👍

Love there clearance plants, always get great plants at a wonderfully reduced price, also can get fridge filters, lumber, keys, what ever we need and they have a very nice selection of rugs. Thanks so much for carrying great quality items!

If you cannot do every aisle, you might as well stay in the car. Now my husband knows my love for Home Depot and my aisle instance, so he says, "I'll be just a minute...I know exactly what I want."
So I waited in the SUV at the parking lot of the Home Depot off of Cherry Street.. He can actually go in and come out with the thing he went in for?
It's Home Depot! How is that possible?
Tomorrow I get to "Do the Aisles" at the Depot over by Costco. Yeah for Me!

One the cleaner and one of my favorite places to take a dump. Hell, even my Pa shops here from time to time and if it's good Enid for man I consider to walk on water it's good enuf U

Home Depot > Lowes EVERY TIME. Can always find what I need, and associates are always helpful

This return was quick and painless. Home Depot was not very busy at all even though it was pretty normal

I arrived a few minutes before closing after a very long workday. The staff was friendly and helpful even when I needed a couple of cuts for my wood. I've been in their shoes and appreciate how they made me feel welcomed and not rushed.

It can get busy when the weather gets nice but you'll see this anywhere. Parking lot has plenty of room with easy access in and out so good flow. People working here have always been friendly and helpful when I need something.
