I've been in several Verizon stores across the country and Ashley tops them all. She did a great job of helping us choose devices and plan/add-ons. I've always gotten good service but she went above and beyond and that's saying something today.
Also, I get a cell signal where other's do not. <3

Verizon on Houghton and Vail is one of the best stores in Tucson. They went above and beyond to give me and my wife the best customer service possible. Marina was our Specialist, and she was absolutely excellent!!! She stayed late to get us the best deal possible. Philippe, the manager, was so very patience and obliging. This is our store from now on. Excellent job, Y'all!!!

Seriously the BEST customer service! Sarah was patient and very helpful. Another girl helped my boys get their phones set up...I wish I remember her name, she was phenomenal. These ladies were heros!!

Knowledgable, friendly staff, my exchange was fast, and easy. The store set up is very clean. There is a section for everything. I recently picked up a Verizon USBC to USBC fast charging blue braded 6 foot cord and a Verizon Grip All-in-1 Wireless Car Mount.

This is the best store in Tucson! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Paul, the Manager.

This location and employees I give 5 stars. Verizon prices though are extremely high. We switched to T-Mobile because for two phones we only pay $90 per month for unlimited data, free Netflix every month, every year. As well as free food, $5 movies, $2 off Dunkin, and much more. As well as tons of giveaways. All included in our $90 a month for 2 lines. Verizon and T-Mobile both have great service. But t- mobiles price and everything we get with it. We had to switch. But will miss the employees of this particular store. They have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

My husband and i had great service today by Bobby (Robert).
He answered all our questions and helped us get exactly what we were looking for and in a fast amount of time during a bussy holiday time. I wanted to go the extra mile as he does with his service to post this happy holidays

Visited the Verizon store at the Houghton Town Square. Check-in was quick and the wait was no more than I expected. Ashley was so patient and helpful and I really felt like she was looking out for what was best for us and not just making a sale.

Nicely laid out store. Bobby was knowledgeable and professional all the way through our converversion back to Verizon from T-Mobile.

These guys are great. Every time I've gone here they are friendly, helpful and no pressure selling. Won't go anywhere else.

TODAY they were Closed with NO note on door. A lady had been there at 9am and on the phone with service department and they said closed until Wednesday. NO NOTE on door. I feel this is unacceptable. I'm truly in need to know why my emails are going to SPAM?? So I can correct this issue. Thanks

Tyler was great. Have had issues with my plan for years. We were able to upgrade for less cost. He also knows his devices. Everybody was friendly & tag-teamed to get me out of there in a reasonable amount of time! All appreciated!!

Great store, friendly staff. Jason and Gracie are great! I went in to take a look at the red hydrogen, which is an amazing device. I strongly recommend that you at least ask to see this awesome android! The 3d effect without glasses is the icing on the cake.

Nice Verizon location, quiet, comfortable, and a courteous friendly staff. They helped me compare the family plan we currently use with the"unlimited plans" available. My questions were answered straightforward easily, without himming or hawing, and the agent obviously knew what they were talking about. No high pressure tactics. I still have a couple things to decide, so the agent emailed the possible quote variations directly to my personal email address for me to refer to later. Great Store!

Excellent customer service. They definitely put their customers first and make sure everything is perfect. Had a few hiccups with my plan and Estella was right there ready to help with a smile and patience. I never felt rushed or just a number like I have at other phone stores. Thank you houghton/old vail Verizon team for all your help. You made a very happy and satisfied customer.

Appointments were easy to get, estella was very patient and helpful while we replaced an iPhone and mifi.
Returned without an appt and they were again helpful with a few questions.
Best Verizon store I’ve ever been in.

There was some artifacting on my iPhone and I was delighted that Bobby was able to bring everything back to normal. Well done Bobby!
