I brought my 2014 FJ Crusier in about 2 weeks ago, they ordered my step rails. They installed them today what an excellent job they did . I recommend to all off road people, you need something done go there. Great work Great prices.

Jack and John are pretty straight forward. I was going to purchase a BACK-RACK, but John showed me a nice all aluminum one so I went with that instead. I also ordered an amber light bar and some front and rear LED strobe lights. Jack did a GREAT Job with the installation, but had a few hiccups with the lightbar malfunctioning, and Jack and John made sure this was all covered by warranty.
I'm hoping to get my Kenworth up to them soon from some strobes.

I cannot say enough about Jack and his team! Jack is professional and really knows his stuff. These guys are great got me in quickly did a professional install on my titan tank and brake light. They installed a remote starter in my car for the most reasonable price with the fastest turn around of any car modification I've ever seen. Dissapointed. Customer service is worse than poor. Communication is a cat and mouse game, contradicting answers from different people including the two owners. Upon showing up to my appointment there was not a single employee in the building, nor did I receive a call rescheduling or with instructions on how to communicate my needs for the job. Jack seems like an alright guy but John speaks condescending and told me - "We dont need customers like you". Simply because I requested a refund on a "backordered" product which I confirmed with manufacturer was not on backorder whatsoever (after waiting close to 5 weeks), he also told me because it was ordered for me no refund can be given (took about 2 minutes to get the refund after he said this). I was also blamed for the employees being "forced to work unnecesary overtime" because my father was informed he could pickup the vehicle on a Tuesday when it was not fully ready, no complaints from us, we just showed up the next day and were happy to do so. Was looking forward to trusting some good people with my truck, but my basic needs have not been met.
