Absolutely the best prices and produce in Carbondale. Conveniently located in the Murdale Shopping Center, Fresh Foods has a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. They even carry local produce! Fresh Foods accepts SNAP, cash, and cards. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fresh Foods also carries a nice variety of snacks. I recommend the Cajun peanuts and the curry puffs, if you can get them before they are gone! They're that delicious! Next time you are in the Murdale Shopping Center, be sure to stop by and grab some delicious fruit and veg!

Absolutely fantastic selection! Wonderfully fresh produce of all kinds. Local mustards, jellies, honey, and much more! The dollar produce bin is great for veggies used that day! And most excellent of all: the prices! Everything is affordable! I will always be back!

Fresh Food is my go to place for local fruits and veggies! They keep things incredibly fresh and well maintained. Even when Farmer's Market (which is absolutely amazing) is in town, I still go to Fresh Food--they are that good.

Not only can you find fresh produce that no one else carries but they also supply many local restaurants with top quality vegetables providing Carbondale with an invaluable resource. A great alternative to the large chain supermarkets for fresh produces. You will find several items that will never pop up in the other stores, here such as Ya Pears and dragon fruits. Indispensable for the international families in the area and for those who are curious about food in other cultures.

Fresh to market fruits, vegetables, and some specialty produce items at usually a much lower cost than the large chain stores in town. Generally everything is of very good quality, but like any greengrocery, there may be an occasional off item.

During the spring/summer seasons, this grocery will usually have a large volume of local produce.

Love this place. Would only shop for fruits and vegetables here if I was local. I stop by whenever I drive by. Closed on Sunday, 🙁

Great selection of veggies at a super low price

I came for groceries, and all the food is really great. The apples are a little expensive, but I hear they're good for the price. The people are really nice too. Altogether amazing place.

They have gloves at the front door for customer use during the pandemic. Masks are required as well, which is great. They have a variety of fresh stuff as usual!

Fun little local shop, next to the summer Farmers Market. This may be the only place to get certain Asian vegetables. Friendly staff.
