I haven’t been to this store in couple years because prices were way too high. I was pleasantly surprised when I went this time. The store itself is clean, inviting and very well organized, prices are much more reasonable now. What really stood out to me was the employees. They were willing to help and very friendly. They looked genuinely happy to be at work. This store must be under new management because it’s a completely new environment. Kudos to the manager and employees. I will definitely be back here to shop !!

I love this store. It is currently the best GW I visit in CT. Clean, cheap and excellent quality merchandise. Love it.

Fantastic store with lots of great bargains. If you are from the New London Norwich area, I highly suggest checking out this location in general. The quality of stuff here surpasses both the Goodwill locations in the south east of CT.

By far the best goodwill in the area. Go on a weekday! Can get crowded weekends, though it’s restocked frequently. Good amount of Coach etc handbags, work clothes in great condition, glassware.

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The store is super tidy and organized. A pleasant experience every time

Huge inventory, clean, and well organized. Great deals you just can't find elsewhere. Dropping off is easy as well - just pull up to the back, unload your stuff, and grab your tax deductible receipt.

Both emoyees and other customers were very friendly. There was a large variety of items, well organized. I fun successful day of shopping 🛍.

They always make you feel good about donating your items and even help you unload your car. And you never know what good things you'll find when you go inside shopping afterwards. It's usually worth the trip.

This is a very nice Goodwill Store. Today I left off donations, but I also shop here from time to time, especially for used books. Sales people are very pleasant. Plenty of parking

The merchandise changes very quickly but it's like finding a treasure everytime you go there. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. A + service! 5 out of 5 stars

My favorite goodwill store.

I didn't feel like eating lunch so I stopped at the Goodwill pretty big place found some stuff I wasn't expecting to find a lot of other stuff I wanted to buy but not right now found the mirror that matches my bedroom furniture which I was in need of one and a pair of Levi Strauss only 10 bucks which I've paid $50 for at Macy's and real good shape:)

I'm so glad that the Goodwill stores are reopening, but it doesn't make sense for them to refuse clothing returns AND have their fitting rooms closed...
Also, make sure you don't need to use the restroom, because they too, are closed.

Always good, high end merchandise here. It's in a very wealthy oceanside community and the staff is excellent.
