Rock Stars of the Golden Rule. They went out of the way to help me get the best pricing. Don’t want to bore you the reader with the story but Kroger in Willis’ Pharmacy had several options and proceeded to blame and zero accountability. CVS pharmacist (maybe Maggie) even when VERY busy had empathy to do what she could do for me. My first prescription filled here but extremely happy I switched from Uncaring and/or DGAS Kroger mentality.

On this day I went in to buy a phone card and to sign up for my Extra Care card, in person I was able to get assistance by this very kind sales clerk, he was extremely patient and pleasant we were having trouble with the self checkout register so he directed me to his register, while he was waiting for me to get to his register an older woman had walked in front of me, he looked at me and I just smiled and said she was fine and it was alright for him to wait on her first, he was very respectful to me which I appreciated the woman apologized and I said it was fine we all smiled and he took the lady first and apologized to me again and I told him it was fine I was able to get some useful Clarence items and complete everything I needed with his assistance, I Love the staff at this CVS for the simple fact, they are respectful to me with all my visits and it's always a different sale's clerk, Thank you staff for your support

Had to have a prescription transferred here while traveling. Called and spoke with pharmacist to make sure it was ready quickly and he was super nice and was able to accommodate me. Seems like a lot of people in the reviews are complaining about ridiculous things. Seriously someone complained because they take lunch, as if that person doesn't take lunch at their own job. Unbelievable.

I changed to CVS in Willis years ago when another major pharmacy could not get my prescriptions right. I made the right decision. They have always been kind, courteous and efficient to me. Today I picked up my meds and listened to a woman berate the employees on the cost of her medication, mask wearing and even the fact that the pharmacy was closed for thirty (30) minutes so the employees can take a breath and have lunch. Unbelievable. Yet, the employees remained professional and calmly listened to her rant. I heartily give CVS Pharmacy five stars in every area!!!

Maggie at the Willis CVS is so great. She catches prescriptions when my dr writes one that my insurance doesn’t cover or is a high price and she calls me to let me know. She has helped me so much in the last 4 years. It’s so nice when you get someone inside the pharmacy that can help you when there are problems. I highly recommend her to anyone who is using the pharmacy. I have used Kroger & Walgreens and have found that Maggie helps me more and goes above and beyond what normal employees do.

I previously went to krogers marketplace in conroe to get my daughter a Hep B shot and the pharmacy manager was so rude over there and kept saying I needed to come back tomorrow after I waited in line for 30 mins and tried to say my insurance card wasnt working anyways. I took her to CVS pharmacy in Willis, Tx then and the pharmacy tech was super nice and the pharmacy manager Weiwei made the time to make sure they got my health insurance right and was covered 100%. She was friendly and positive and administered the shots correctly. She is able to multitask unlike the pharmacy manager at krogers.

We had excellent service on 10/10/22. There were lots of employees in the pharmacy dept. They were helping people quickly.
It was obvious they worked as a team.

I’m a happy camper. The cashier very helpful Director me to where I needed to be and help me use the coupons I had with me.

I have noticed huge change in the care and attitude in the pharmacy area, and I know they are swamped. This includes the drive thru and pharmacy counter. I myself don’t mind the self check out for the other items, but it would be nicer to see an employee earning a paycheck than a machine taking a job away. Either way I can always get the help I need at this CVS.

Only used drive thru once but Pharmacists (or whoever was at window) was very pleasant, informative, and nice to do business with. The parking lot was very large & very clean. Pulled right up to the window and was helped immediately.

Exceptional customer service from the Pharmacy all the way to the gentleman who helped us at checkout. Very personable group who put smiles on both my son's and my face.

Store manager went over and beyond to help me with taking my passport photo. Fixing issues on the spot when the camera was not working properly. Customer service was great.

Maggie is the best pharmacist ever. The entire staff is prompt and courteous.
