We LOVE Jackson's Superstores (they are everywhere in Idaho), but this particular one has bent over backwards to help us and take care of us when an incident occurred at the gas pump. The employee took immediate action, and notified the owner who then made appropriate calls to get us back on the road! I recommend this particular store to anyone and everyone in the Hillsboro, Oregon area! Even if you're just passing through, stop at this store and say hi to the employees for us, and if the owner is here, shake his hand! Tremendously wonderful people!

I love how nice the employee's are and how they don't judge are old vehicles. And it's just so nice how I can find certain things in there like drink or candy

As a Rideshare driver all over Portland metro, I have found Jacksons to provide not only the best selection, but also the cleanest & best customer service. This one is my favorite.

Very nice for pop-in goodies. AND - they have a drive-through window! I'm disabled and sometimes hate getting in and out of my car for one thing, like a bag of ice. Great for hurt or older people like me.

The inside customer service is like being rung up by robots.Ive Been in this store morning and evening.The inside morning people spend alot of time huddled up talking. So I usually go after work. The evening gas attendant was very friendly, helpful. He is funny when the weather is bad so it's not so stressful.He took my money inside for me as I'm disabled. The store is clean and organized .
