AT&T Store

This store was amazing! They had the place decorated and the team kept everything so fun and lively. Joel the store manager was able to help me understand some bill issues and was able to get me a promotion for my daughters phone. This team needs a raise!!

The staff was extremely helpful and so kind. Visit was quick! Store was clean. Loved the Halloween decor. Will definitely make this my home store for future purchases.

Went into this location with a tasks get a new SIM card for my replacement phone and I just wanted to say Caleb has absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at any At&T in my life! Thank you so much for your kindness and laughter!

Naira was an amazing service associate at the NORTHFIELD location. She navigated a smooth change in service plans, timely updating of several devices & an additional line for us. Very pleased with this transaction.

Caleb is super helpful and provided great customer service. He handled every customer with ease, considering that he was running the store today entirely alone. The woman before us was having a stressful situation with her joint phone plan and he remained calm, all while helping other people with their questions on upgrades and helping my daughter fix her phone. It was the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time.

Staff here are friendly and so helpful! I was having some difficult problems with a number transfer and Rachel spent almost 2 hours working with me, fixing the problem despite many hurdles. Even with only 2 employees on staff, they did their best to serve the rush of customers that came in on a Friday.

Nice addition to AT&T and Northfield. It wasn't busy and they were able to activate my phone in 10 minutes.

Very friendly, was ready for me when I arrived. Very knowledgeable with the questions I had, also Alex is a very good person for putting screen protectors on if you are someone who is very picky. Angelo was very smart in knowing his phones and all the questions I had about my new phone. Very authentic individuals who know there stuff!!! Would recommend to anyone who is a tourist or anyone in general! 👍🏼🤩

I called ahead and spoke to store manger Angelo and he was very helpful and told me I didn’t need an appointment-that I could just come in. He was right! I came in and Oz (Oswaldo) was super knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I came in with a new iPhone 11 Pro that I wanted activated as I switched from Verizon. Oz got me all squared away and answered all of my questions. After I purchased a screen protector he even put in on for me 😇.
I was very pleased with my visit and I purposely drove to this location due to seeing it had the highest rating of all the nearby AT&T stores!

Amber was super helpful - I came in to get a new phone, which I did. While I was there I brought up a weird billing issue that she helped address for the next billing cycle and tried to address for the previous one. I appreciate her and her associate, Sarah, for their dedication to meeting clients needs.

Best customer service. It’s our neighbor store. We had an excellent experience. Alex addressed our concerns and was able to get us switch over to a new phone within 20 mins. He talked about options for our son and how to limit certain accessibility, while allowing him access to everything he needs it for. I highly recommend!

This store helped me tremendously after a bad experience at another a T-Mobile store. I am very happy I switched over carriers after having bad service for many years. Alex and Angelo were a great help and made the experience enjoyable and personal. The convos were so good I even found out Angelo and I share the same birthday! ☺ def my go to AT&T store for future references 👍🏼
