Great prices on meats Produce and everything else in there.

My first reaction of walking into the produce department of the store was that it was super neat and clean. I love seeing this especially for the produce departments because it says a lot about how they value the delivery of their products & their customers! The associate Maria was lovely! She went out of her way to check the back for me for a product I was seeking. That is excellent customer service right on!!

Really loved the prices they have, it's fast f7n and cheap.

1st time there, I love it

I'm writing this review because shout out your cart kid. Idk serious looking fellow with a buzz cut, like 5'6". He's hella diligent and entertaining to watch. Looks like a highschooler or early college kid. He glared at me when i torpedoed my cart at the island next to the corral instead of walking it in, but didn't say anything to me. He has a good eye for detail, and only checks his phone in the walk out to get more carts. It's not impacting his efficiency at all.

He kinda reminds me of Krillin from DBZ.

Oh and you need more cashiers.

BEST prices hands down!! Produce quality isn't always the greatest, but the prices always are. As for the customer service, not the greatest either. Employees are not the friendliest and rarely crack a genuine smile. However, tonight I went shopping and there was a new cashier face. Regretfully, I didn't catch his name tag, but he was super friendly, helpful and chatty. He had great customer service.

I do not shop here regularly although I wish I did just not as convenient location wise as I am on the other side of town. But the prices for family items are just incredible and they are every day prices. All your pantry staples fruits and veggies always have a great price. To top it off a customer service rep by the name of Christa was super helpful and nice.

Jose in produce was extremely thoughtful in helping me today. He showed me a trick to opening the plastic bags to put produce in. He also
overheard me ask for directions to the mangoes and brought out a box of mangoes that looked like they had just been picked. Michael the mgr was helpful as well. But my gal in Watsonville Food Maxx is Patsy! I seem to have 1 problem after another when i insta cart. Patsy takes stress head-on, reassuring people that it will be ok… no worries. She goes out of her way to calm others . Thank you Patsy!

This is my favorite store, they are open until midnight and i always find the lowest prices, you won't be disappointed, if you want to buy milk cheese and jam to make some delicious quesadillas this is where you do buy all of that stuff, they also have good deals on sodas and mineral water, i recommend this store to all low income families, you will get more for under $100 dollars.

Came by to buy produce and some dairy items. No wait in line and mask and social distance enforced. They didn't have any desinfectant wipes as they used to, only a roll of paper with a spray bottle with some type of water and bleach mix. Anyway, on my way out, I picked up a six of beer which was about $2.00 cheaper than other stores. I used the self checkout and found out you cannot purchase alcoholic beverages at self checkout registers. Even after I showed my ID I still wasn't allowed to buy it. Kuddos to the manager for enforcing the rule. Also, please make sure you take what you need as there are no returns allowed. I picked up a bunch of asparagus and it turned out to be $5.99!! Didn't check my receipt until I had paid. I tried to return but no go. The return policy was displayed so it's my fault for not checking.

It's was alright, the workers no professional at all. More racist an discriminate how u look. As I walked in to the watsonville foodmax, right from the start I was getting followed every place I whent. Looking at everything i would touch, making me feel like a thieft, as if I was there to still instead of shoping. And that happiness every time. Even though I'm a regular costomer and they knw that I always pay for all items. They still judge me every time they see me walk In there. The place is clean. It is nice. Good food. But the costomer service sucks. They shouldn't judge ppl for how they dress or look. Especially if they always go to the same store to get there food, And pay each and every time. . . So to all watsonville foodmax workers. U suck. U r a bunch of sell outs. U r the criminals. STOP BEING A CORRUPTED BUSINESS. THANK U. HAVE A GREAT DAY. BY THE WAY I LIVE UR TOMATOES. VERY Good Vegetables.

I live in fresno and i got to admit this place is nice and clean.The service is way better.They actually have more then 2 people working @ the check out stands.I like that i was in and out and they were busy at the time.Two thumbs up for the service.
