Nob Hill Foods

Went in to grab some pizza dough and sauce. I didn't find it at first. When I asked an employee restocking the shelves he was really motivated to help me: sifting through some shelves finding the product I missed.

He also pointed me to the deli where I might be able to grab fresh dough. When asking the deli counter if they still had some dough left I was helped quickly and left with what I needed for a lot cheaper than I anticipated.

Nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce in the Asian section.

So happy I found this store last year after we moved to this county. I've been shopping at Raleys and Bel Air for over 40 years, and this Nob Hill (part of Raleys family), has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've encountered. Decent selection, clean, and usually not too crowded when I'm there. Easy parking, too.

Smooth relaxed atmosphere there wasn't a large lines people who are nice and helpful that work there and the produce is great!!

This place has great prices on liquor and food

This 5-star is mostly for the sandwich maker. She rules - she's quick, busts her butt for rude customers all day and STILL makes a bomb sandwich. Give her a tip jar.

The rest of the store is fine. Kinda overpriced, but that's why foodmaxx is nearby

Pricey but great quality produce

Always friendly, helpful service. And tonight the music was on point as I did my shopping, always nice to add some pep to the step to get through a late night grocery run!

I see no reason to ever shop at Safeway again. What a complete pleasure. Helpful staff, clean store, designed in a way that actually makes sense, and right next door to a pharmacy if you need it.

Love the local and organic produce selection. The liquor, beer and wine selection is excellent. The store is clean and managed well. Love the cashiers, especially Anita. Everyone makes shopping at Nob Hill a great experience. Feels good to shop where people know your name.

Bring your own bags ! (We are from the east coast so this was obviously a surprise . Though, I do agree with the idea!)

I like Nob Hill over Safeway and most of the other grocery stores in my area. The deli is fantastic with a good selection of meats and cheeses. The produce selection is the best in town and very well maintained and managed.

Their prices are in midrange, but it's a pretty clean grocery store usually stocked with what you need BUT ya better get In there before the weekend because it can get picked clean pretty fast.
The staff is hard working and are ready to answer your questions. The parking lot has 2 slots reserved for up to 4 electric vehicles for charge-up while you shop.
Also has a Garden shop and can blow ya up some balloons if ya need em.

Very clean. I had to do an exchange for a defective product packaging and the employees were very friend and great. I also asked where several things were from different employees and they were all friend and nice.

The place a been there for years. I used to shop there 15 years ago. It has been remodeled since then but great place to shop.

Raul was our checker, and James our bagger. Very professional and a delight. Kudos to you Nob Hill for having such awesome people. The seem like they really enjoy their job and workplace. It reflects in their attitudes. It's a pleasure to shop here.

Great selection, good prices, friendly staff.

Beautifully organized clean store! The employees are so very helpful as well. The $5 Mondays are my favorite time to shop as they have fantastic deals on name brand items. I highly recommend Nob Hill Foods!

This store is the only place I'll shop during the pandemic. It's so clean and organized, and lacks the chaos of the surrounding grocery stores. The best part is that social distancing is never an issue there.

Edit: this parking lot is crazy. Dips, anorexic parking spots, and horrible traffic backup when trying to make the left at the light directly leading to Nob Hill. Help yourself and exit the lot by taking the next Right Turn Only near to Cilantros. Try and make a left out by Hugo's Pizzeria and it'll be the same back up issue.

Clean grocery store. New refrigerator cases and freezers, and nice staff. Convenient and right off of highway 1. Moderate priced grocers store and clean. Produce, meet and bakery is good also. Decent beer prices.
