Thank you Cameron! I am 76 yrs old and have had an unfortunate experience at a different office but this KID was very patient and kind and did a FABULOUS JOB MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

Cameron was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services ATT has to offer and was able to answer all of our questions prior to our upgrade. This will be our go to store from now on even though we have other ATT stores closer to our home.

lisa armour is a super fabulous customer service representative. She was considerate of someone who is technologically challenged, she was kind to someone else in my family who is deaf. She understood what we needed and went out of her way to make sure she addressed each one in a very kind, considerate manner. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Lisa took care of us as soon as she could and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and delightful to work with. She was amazing and made a very stressful day much more pleasant. The rest of the staff came in and helped when they could as well. Great location with great staff.

Marisha is very professional. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and caring. She is everything a person would want in a customer service rep. At&t is a lucky company to have her.

Best experience yet, we’ve been customers since the late 90’s/ early 2000s and stayed loyal through the years even when we complained about our high bill. Our recent experience was great! Angel made sure we got the best deal, explained everything with great detail and ask both my husband and I before making a decision. Angel was on top of everything we needed, and we left happy!!!

Marisha helped us with the set up of our new phone. She’s friendly, patient with helping with the oldies and knows her stuff! I highly recommend asking for her when you go to the AT&T store in Palm Desert. She’s truly the best!

Pablo explained all the terms of the plan and was very knowledgeable about the product and services provided. A+ made switching from Verizon very easy.

Edit: ended up having to come in multiple times due to Verizon’s unhelpfulness, and Javier, a manager lady whose name I didn’t get, and Lisa especially were all super helpful too. Really love the spot.

Overall, the experience was great! Pablo set me up with the phone I wanted and also got me a deal on an iPad.Thank you! My old one was outdated and some apps no longer worked on it, and I had been thinking about it anyway. The downside, and it was huge, was finding out that stores can no longer transfer data from phone to phone. Since I could not remember my Google password on the spot, and the old phone had a totally black screen, he was unable to assist me. I hope I can get all of my contacts and other information moved over. :-( I don't want to take stars away from this store, because it wasn't their fault. The employees are great.

Miguel Coronel was my sales consultant. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Miguel took time to explain the new phone he was selling and helped convert all photos and contacts from my old phone. I felt so comfortable with his service I ended up adding 3 more lines and purchasing 4 new phones. Sometimes it's all about having a sales professional you trust and who listens and makes you feel valued. I previously went to Verizon and Apple to look at new phones and didn't receive anything close to the exceptional service I received from Miguel.

Wilford went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to us! He's friendly, respectful, and knows how to make your time at AT&T worth the wait. I will be recommending this sales representative to all of my friends and family.
