Ralphs Fresh Fare

Ralph's always costs more than Von but it's not hugely different. If you use ur ATM card and want cash back Ralph's charges a fee to do it whereas Vons and Albertson's does not. Ralph's does seem to carry a larger selection of goods than Vons/Albertsons. I moved here from LA what's up with chicken out here in the desert? Most of the time there are few selections to chose from. In LA there are always several brands and every cut of chicken u can think of with bone, or boneless.

I'm writing this review because of an amazing asset to the Ralph's company, John Sullivan. He is an example of what all staff of Amy company should be. He has a positive, wholesome attitude and character. He cares about what his clients are looking for and makes a client feel like they should always patron this specific Ralph's. So I recommend this location due to John. Thanks John. Along with other staff that I did not catch the names.

Murrays cheese and olive bar is excellent. Great selection of both. . (The garlic-stuffed olives are particularly good).

Large store. Staff and employees are very helpful and friendly. Large selections of everything. Plus there's a Starbucks and US Bank inside.

Excellent variety and prices, but their service is above and beyond. We were having trouble finding a very specific brand for a family recipe and John took several minutes to find it while we were able to focus on the rest of our list. Thanks John!

I have shopped at this Ralph since the day they opened. I especially enjoy visiting the Starbucks in the grocery store. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is usually very fast. They have all taken the time to learn my name. Awesome!

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT STAFF. THIS IS RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE AND THIS IS ALWAYS MY FIRST PICK IF ALL THE STORES ARE OPEN. THE MANAGER SEEMS LIKE A REALLY NICE GUY TOO.

I love shopping here! There are 3 other grocery stores that are much closer to where I live, however it's worth the visit here. I'm always greeted with a genuine greeting, not some forced "have" to say it hello. Shelves are always stocked, store is super clean, the self-checkouts always work with an attendant servicing the area at all times, meat selection is wonderful, and the produce is far more fresh than any other store. Even my husband was able to tell when I switched to Ralphs. Plus, not that this would change anything, but the gas points are awesome!! 20 cents off the gallon every month! Love this place!

I go there often so convenient 11/2 blocks from my apartment. Really like the store such nice guys in the meat department they are Very helpful as are the other employees. I find there prices are within a few cents of other stores. A added bonus is I get points towards gas for my car at Ralph's gas station. Sometimes as much as 20 cents off .per gallon. That is great!! The store is nice & clean , anyway I'm pleased try Ralph's & see for yourself.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. My husband & I just love this particular location. Warm smiles great prices. We come here at least 1 to 3 times in a week! We appreciate the great customer service as well as the clean environment.

Great store. I shop here at least every other day. Clean store. Great staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. Gas station out front that you can earn rewards towards by buying groceries. They take Samsung Pay for sure, maybe Android Pay. They DO NOT take Apple Pay.

I really only come to ralphs for a few things here and there, I live around the corner from here and I mostly come in if I forgot something from winco or just need something quickly. But I did want to say that I really like the staff of this particular location. I haven't talked to all of them, but some of them have gone so far out of their way to do things to help me find something or make my life easier. Maureen in particular is a total sweetheart. I feel so happy when I walk in and see that she's working. Her personality is so bubbly and my wife and I always go out of our way to say hi to her! We find ourselves coming to ralphs a little more often to buy little things just because of the friendly people.

Just talked to the pharmacy about transferring a prescription that I need in two days that doesn't have any refills. It is Saturday and the young woman who answered phone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She said she would personally ensure that my physician was contacted on Monday and Rx filled or a partial one given to me. She was terrific. I am hooked using this pharmacy even though they are more than 5 miles away.

I don't go to any other pharmacy, I have been getting my prescription here for 17 years. This is the best pharmacy in the Coachella Valley. Mark, the pharmacy manager is the best. Also all of the other people who are in the pharmacy are just unbelievably helpful. The grocery shopping is also great.

For many reasons, I consider this to be one of the best grocery stores in the valley. It's central location and relatively easy access on and off of Washington is a great start. Add to that the fastest checkers around; AND the fact that they rarely let a checking line go much beyond two people waiting. Seriously. The baggers will operate the registers if any wait occurs. The store itself is always clean, always well stocked, and frequently has great sales and awesome markdowns, which for my family's budget is a great thing. Also, if you wish they have a way better than you would expect sushi staff making some darn good sushi all day. Oh, yes, I need to mention the great pharmacy as well! If you want to go to just one store and get it quick, I highly recommend this Ralphs location!

Probably my favorite grocery store. Selection and prices seem to be the best in the area. I like quite a few of their Simple Organic generic brand stuff. Produce is by far the best quality in the area. Living in North Indio and being super particular about the quality of food my family and I eat, Ralph's has the best I've seen unless you venture to onward towards Whole Foods in Palm Desert. But their so over priced and the drive alone doesn't make sense. Ralph's is for sure my go to grocery. Staters off Varner/Washington and the I-10 has have gotten a little bitter as far as organic selection but it's still not as good as Ralphs. Customer service is on point as well and even when they seem to be super slammed they managed to get people in and out fairly quickly. Plus they have a Starbucks inside so, you know, why not right?

This store is exceptional as far as supermarkets go especially in the valley. The employer's are great they always have what you need I have noticed some of the younger employees have that typical sense of entitlement attitude but I guess that's to be expected however all in all this is a great store

Between the friendly staff, low prices, and unique quality selections - why would you go anywhere else? Oh and not to mention discounts on the already low price gas in the same shopping center. I love this Ralphs! You will too :)
