Excellent shoe store! Besides not having all the sizes for each individual pair of shoes, I still found myself a nice colorful pair of vans that, for my wide feet I ordered one size larger and they looked great, slightly high priced for the"brand" but fit my feet comfortably. I even grabbed a 6 pack of ankle socks to wear with them. When at the register to purchase your items, they ask you for basic info to join and receive on your 3rd or 4th purchase, a decent discount. I left a happy shopper.

Nice large selection of walking shoe brands. Great to see they also gave me a military discount just for serving and not retiring on my purchase.

A relative needed a comfortable pair of
shoes for work. I thought I'd find a stylish pair of high heels, and thinking was all I did.
The selection for women was great if you wanted plain comfortable shoes for work but I was disappointed that the inventory was lacking. The men's inventory was much better. I do realize that the store has not been open very long so I will give it another try.
I gave it another try. Better selection and staff is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.. Anna was amazing. I highly recommend this this store.

I've been buying my shoes and 6 son's shoes for close to 20 yrs. Their deals are consistent and fair. The quality of their products are very good and I observed there was something for everyone in the family.

We visited Rack Room Shoes yesterday for the first time since they’ve opened before our movie. The sales clerk greeted us when we came in and asked if we needed any help. We liked the selections of shoes and the current deals. The clerk was very nice when we checked out too.

Great variety of shoes. Unfortunately not really in my size. Employees are helpful in locating the select few that can fit. Shoes I can't find anywhere else.

I was looking for a pair of walking shoes. As soon as I walked through the door an employee asked me if I needed any help. The gentleman showed me where I could find the shoes I was looking for. Unfortunately I have wide feet and while there was a large variety of shoes, there weren't that many for wide feet. So, the service was great but not many shoes for my Fred Flintstone feet! However, if you have normal width feet you should have no problem finding a pair you like.
