Fantastic experience throughout the entire process of having the new fireplace insert installed. The entire installation was completed in only a few hours within a few weeks from the first consultation. Jeremy kept in contact updating me when the insert would be ready and the entire team provided excellent customer service. They took the time to show me how to use it and checked in later to see how things were going.

Jeremy and the crew really did a great job. They helped me find the right stove for my spot that will work to not only to heat my condo, but one that will still work without power. Finding the proper location was also key to this install, which was complicated by the design of my home and the high snow load experienced in the winter, I think they nailed it!

Super happy with the installation and work done by the Hibernation team. They had to come back on a second day after getting some parts and it wasn't an issue at all in terms of scheduling. Won't be able to exercise the stove until the winter but the install was great!

I used Hibernation Stove to replace the fire bricks inside my wood stove at my cabin. Austin was there in time and did a great job. His work was clean and as promised. I was also credited back for extra stones and shipping that were not required. Honest business and I would recommend using this local business.

Hibernation Stoves & Spas are Fantastic people. We had (2) Gas inserts installed several years ago. And they did a fantastic job. And had them out last week to do routine maintenance, and they excelled.... More than happy with them.

Hibernation Stoves and Spas has new owners and management and I just had my 1st experience with them and they were fantastic! Every single aspect was perfect. Great customer service. Excellent, knowledgeable Technicians. And very reasonable prices. Many of my neighbors use Hibernation Arnold now too, and think they are great. Nicest folks and I love the automated messages and invoicing.

I’m not one to pad egos nor shower with accolades. Jeremy, Tami, and crew were a pleasure to work with. We were naive, needing a replacement stove for our sole source cabin heat. Jeremy did an on-site evaluation, provided brochures and recommendations with out trying to up-sale based upon our needs.
The install was professional, clean, thorough and supportive. We are appreciative to work with local professionals. Oh, and the unit is performing as advertised. Quality throughout!

Our tech, Sony, did a great job servicing our pellet stove. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in setting up and cleaning up. It looks like it's new again after he was able to paint the black around the perimeter. He even left us batteries to insert once the ones we have go out. Thank you!

We bought a Viking gas stove from Hibernation 26 years ago. It failed in May. Hibernation had to make three trips out to rebuild it and do some retro-fits since Viking is out of business. Customer service was superb. I can't tell you how it works, because it has been too hot to think of turning it on! I'm hopeful all is perfect once we need it but I feel confident if it is not, they will come up with a solution!
