Bought several times from Emile. He always has a good story and an even better attitude. Glad to say I have a "Guy" that will take care of you! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to support your locals.

The owner is so friendly & welcoming! We just pulled over after smiling at the name of his store on the sign, & ended up just shooting the breeze for 15 minutes about nothing & everything. He & his equally friendly buddy gave me & my son a perfect ending to a perfect day visiting the mountain, & we are thankful to them!

I decided I wanted to purchase a side arm for protection. First time gun owner. The guy were amazing. They showed me several pistols and showed me how to use them. I had a great experience and feel very excited about my purchase. So glad I chose to buy local. I would highly suggest buying from The Rusty Knife!

We met Emile when we were heading to Yosemite. We were just looking, but Emile was amazing, friendly and he knows a lot about the business. We are very happy to have met him, we wish him well. Hopefully we will go trough that road again and pass by his shop.

Good place to buy ammo.

Some of the inventory has been there since it's opening. That's because the owner openly disrepects his employees and mocks his cutomers. Why own a gun store if you make fun of gun owners? Just ask him what he thinks about a new caliber or model and he'll admit he doesn't care about any of that stuff. Doesn't even like guns. Then ask him what angle he sharpens his knives at, and he may ban you from the store.
