AT&T Store

The store staff are amazing! Was helped by Jasmin porting over from Verizon, she was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. The store manager Kyle was kind as well checking in on every customer there and helping his employees. I definitely recommend this customer service to everyone!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! From Ani the store manager walked into to just do a bill payment and was curious about adding watch to go with my Samsung phone and he walked me through all the pricing and how much it would be on a monthly basis, he sold me on the idea of it and I do not regret it. Love this store and how efficient they are.

Went to the other att off of 22nd and they were not helpful and turned me away! Luckily they had me come here and the store manager Kyle fixed my problem and got me a good deal on a new phone! Very happy with the results here!

I went in today to get a phone case for my Google pixel and was immediately met with professionalism. The at&t employee that assisted my aunt and I was very informative, polite, as well as kind. I came out with a durable case, screen protector, and ended up being able to get a car charger for free with my purchase! They even held the door for us! I highly recommend this location. :) Thank you!!

This store is full of fantastic employees! 💥💥💥💥💥I walked in today very frustrated with the AT&T phone assistance, so I just got in my car and showed up at the store, not sure if they could fix my phone issue, and boy was I thrilled! Both Jameel and manager Ami were able to fix the issues so well, I decided to also buy a new phone! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Jameel was so helpful and professional and Ami's help made it a wonderful experience all around! Jameel stayed late until everything was perfect and I left with a huge smile on my face, after walking in very upset and with tears of frustration. I could not rate them high enough! THANK U JAMEEL AND ALI. You both are amazing!!! 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 Ten stars for you both!!!

In store personnel were very helpful in explaining ‘Phantom” charges due to a change in the billing cycle. ATT app for iPhone displayed incorrect dates making it appear my monthly billing had increased 80%. Don’t randomly change billing cycles and fix your iPhone app. I was not in a pleasant mood when I arrived at your store, but your personnel were very professional.

I had a really great experience working with Fabiola! I had gone in the store with the intention to simply upgrade to the newest iPhone. Just like anyone - I try to understand the minor differences between the latest models. Something I've always disregarded when getting a new phone is the amount of storage the phone can hold - Fabiola made a nice point of investing an extra $10 a month by upgrading my storage space to 512GB! Transferring my information to the new device made my life much simpler. Rather have the ability to hold more on my device than the cloud!

EVERYONE was amazing‼‼ But BIG shoutout to Fabi❤ She definitely went over & beyond for me today‼ I upgraded 2 phone & brought new accessories spent well over $1200 today. I have come in here on a few different occasions and it always seems to be for a unique problem. It’s never a simple thing... each time I have been in, I’ve worked with Malik or Kenz. I’ve worked with them separately and this last time, I worked with them together and they were amazing!! They both were super knowledgeable and very accommodating to my budget and my situation. I had my kids in there and they were so kind to them! I will be coming back to this location from now on and be insistent on one of them helping me. Thanks again Malik and Kenz! You guys really go above and beyond for your customers!
