I think the UPS Store on San Felipe and Post Oak is by far the best one in the city. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They do a great job every time I am in there, not just with me, but with every customer in the shop. Super patient and helpful. Glad it’s the closest store to me.

I have always received good service here, I am writing this review as today when I was dropping off a package I was in the store while there was an encounter with a disgruntled customer. Maybe they were having a bad day, I am not sure. The staff at this UPS handled the situation with nothing but professionalism and kindness and I was really impressed with them.

I am happy to continue doing my business here.

Leslie, Teresa, and Shelly were amazing ! I left the fedex from around the corner to come to this store. I received outstanding customer service! They helped me boxed my items and gave me the best shipping advice possible. They understood exactly what I needed and provide the help. Thanks to them I will be a returning customer at this location! :)

I just 'lost' a long detailed review about my experience at this store. The review was glowing and obviously I'm not going to try and re-create it. To sum it up, UPS is so fortunate to have someone as incredible as JR. The delivery folks and the customers are lucky too! The store was a busy, crowded place and JR gave superb service to everyone, all the while giving me encouragement and advice on my project. JR IS 10 STARS!!!!

Never went to a UPS that was this amazing. JR Cooper was definitely the best and friendly. My English wasn’t so good but he definitely recommend different ways I could save money, very passionate in helping others and his work. He was very welcoming and devoted to his work, definitely seem like someone enjoying a hobby rather than a job. Definitely my all time favorite and probably the only UPS store I’m going to.

Great customer service. They will even help you box an item, well worth the $ for the convenience and piece of mind. You also have the option to drop off Amazon returns there. Convenient location that's not too crowded with plenty of parking.

This is hands down the best UPS Store in the State of Texas if not across the nation. The customer services is second to none. The assistance you get from each staff member is amazing, and owner is very laid back and helpful to small business owners. I've had a mailbox as the location for over 2 years. I wish I could keep this mailing address for life because they are amazing but we moved out of the city. The prices are competitive or equal with all other UPS Stores so the postings about price gouging or completely false. I love this UPS Store.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with this UPS store so far. They are near my work and I ship with them often. They are always friendly and quick to help. I've never seen anyone who is miserable to work there and I'm pretty sure I know everyone there. That review is outdated.

The staff here is always very friendly and helpful, I have been coming here for years and always have been very pleased with the service. I hadn’t been here since february and when I came today, JR Cooper greeted me with a smile and was super kind and patient to help me with options on how to return some items. I've been a customer at this location for 8 years, I can't believe I'm typing that (I've never had any service for that long) however, it's been a great run. Abdul has provided me exceptional service throughout my tenure from mailbox, printing and shipping. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. I've been in transition for the past year and he ships my packages and mail across country for me. If you're in search of a personal or business mailbox, this is your location. Thanks again Abdul (8 years geesh) lol

My review is based on my experience last week. The staff was helpful and quick. When they saw me struggling to arrange the items to be shipped back in the box, they stepped in and offered their assistance. Would go out of my way to go to this specific location.

Best place for shipping essentials and Notary Services. Fair rates and great service from the packing experts of the UPS Store.

Came in to print a gazillion copies. JR assisted me and made the experience memorable. He showed me how to use the copier AND ensure it collated and staples properly before helping the next customer. Give that guy a raise!! I’ll be back because of him.

We use this UPS store often, especially to send our wax ups to the labs for full mouth and restorative bite cases. They've always been ultra friendly and easy to work with.

Just finished an Amazon return at this UPS Store. Mr. JR Cooper provided me an above and beyond service attitude, with clarity, agility and positive energy. Thumbs up!

Very easy and smooth process to make a return from Amazon. In and out in about 3 minutes.

It also looks like they offer a ton of different services like printing, mailboxes, and all kinds of packaging.

This is the closest shipping location and have always had a great experience here. There is no 'strange vibe' whatsoever, just good people providing excellent help and service your with shipping needs. Glad to have them. ☺

I got there right as they locked the door and I thought they would make me come back another day but they opened it and still helped me.

I have been here before and after this happened and they are always helpful
