People are so helpful and friendly. Large selection. Little pricey, but huge selection of specials and sales ! I loved my gift pack of minis!

This was our first time going to a Spec's! It was huge, and very tidy. I was thoroughly impressed with two of the young men on the floor who assisted my partners and I during our purchase. I wish I had asked for their names so I could congratulate them. The bathroom was clean, and everything was well stocked. The prices were all very fair and the selection was excellent. Upon checking out, I personally did not make a purchase but my two partners did. A lovely older woman checked out my lady partner while a nice young lady assisted with my gentleman partners purchase. I was asked to leave the store upon check out for not having my ID on me. A completely understandable rule as it helps protect minors from alcohol abuse. However, my partner who looks much younger than I was not asked for ID at all. This is actually what got this place five stars. Yes, that I was asked to leave the store! It means staff are using their best judgement and discretions in age situations, and to me I love trusting the guts of employees on delicate situations such as age limits. The employees also seemed at ease and not stressed which is always a bonus to me and hopefully reflects a positive leadership system in place. All in all, big kudos to Specs here. It's going to become our local store soon, and we would like to encourage business at this location.

This is a nice store with a great selection. Stopped in about an hour before the first game of the World Series and the store was crowded but well stocked! Lines were long but moved quickly. Staff was friendly.

Was looking for a unique bourbon that I can't get readily in Phoenix. Mark was very helpful and offered many suggestion & alternates, however nothing jumped out and said buy me & check a bag to go home. Will try again on next visit to the DFW area.

Very clean store lots of room to maneuver through. Would like to see bigger beer selection. Friendly staff good prices and overall good selection.

This place has what I'm looking for every time.
When the other store around me do not.

The people who work here are so much fun. From the folks helping on the floor to the nice people checking you out at the registers, just great. The selection is way more robust than the size of the store would make you think. Way more easy to get into and out of that total wine so there’s that.

Wow, wow, wow! Great staff, prices, and selections. Never seen a store this huge! They have everything!

Opened today: 8/6/20. Smaller in comparison to TWine but has selection I usually purchase so I will visit this store more often. Cigars sold here as well.

Always very busy, but quick most of the time.

Really really busy at 8:30pm-9pm. Was able to buy before law restrictions. Check out line moved very quickly, was at the back of the store and got to the front of the line within six minutes. Good variety, pretty big store. I think the Specs on north 75 by forest lane is a lot bigger.

Always have what I need, and enough staff to help find anything I can't locate. Reasonable prices.

Any time I go in, there are always smiles, good customer service and most of time they have what I need. Plus you get a discount if you use debit!!

Great customer service. There was an abundance of staff to help. We needed help with a Gin selection and one of the workers was very knowledgeable & he didn’t rush us. GREAT service!

My first visit to this store was quite pleasant. Employees were making sure everyone was social distancing, as well as assisting customers. The aisles were wide and well marked by category. Good selection with decent prices.

Great experience. Long Christmas lines but a efficient and pleasant wait. The employees were excellent, so helpful. All stores should be so well managed.

Against my better judgment I've decided to go here on New Year's Eve it was crazy just like I thought it would be but with all the crowds and people in a hurry trying to get what they wanted the staff did an excellent job of helping me with what I needed while meaning a friendly and courteous attitude that I really appreciated at the time
