Went to get a phone and needed help the staff was very friendly. I like to say thank you to the associate that took the time out to help me get my phone started. His name is Zachary thank you so much for being patient and showing good customer service that day that I came in for assistance on a phone.

I usually shop at this location for my computer needs. I am frequently in need of services or upgrades. Today I was looking for a AA and AAA battery charger. The website said there was one available. Dezi assisted me with the general area to search. When I was unsuccessful he pulled the item up and looked in two different areas. Upon finding it he also offered to checked me out at his station. Very cordial and professional. I also received a $5 gift card. Great shopping experience

Leah was amazing from the initial encounter of me entering the store. I was awaiting a designated person to assist( which was fine) but she seen the employee was tied up more than expected and she immediately said I can assist her! A HUGE plus in the customer service world nowadays! She assisted me with questions I had about the Max Book Air and trust me a had many questions! She ensured she answered them in detail and also went over details of the device once the questions I had were complete! Her attitude, customer service and overall job performance was amazing and definitely won me over to purchase the Max book air from Best Buy verses Apple! Thanks Leah for being one in a million in a world!

I went to get my sister a TV. A gift for her house warming for her new house. Eli greeted me upon walking in. He was so nice and helpful. Go see Eli. Great customer service.

Now went to this store this store and cedar Hill The store was clean it was nice but I tell you what you couldn't find a salesperson and my thing they're not the only store with most stores or it's a shame that you have to go spend your money and find somebody to help you spend your money something is wrong with this world today doesn't make any sense to me it's a show called make it make sense make it make sense

I purchased a cable and converter for a project. Neither worked for the set up l have. The return for a refund was quick, easy with pleasant customer service.

Greater at the door and directed to the right department. Fast service. Went in to get my phone fixed. They had it done in 10 minutes. They have plenty of experienced people when you have questions about their products.
