I have social anxiety. But I begged God to help me Get out of my car and he did. I was nervous walking into the Store. But once inside it wasn’t as Scary as I would have imagined. Yes, everything looks Fancy and expensive. I was like” Oh my God help me! I’m not rich enough to be here!” I went to this store for a Dress shirt so I can go to church once again after 6 yrs. I looked around and Didn’t find anything but then God showed me a new section of the store and they Had really nice shirts plus the shirts came with Ties already chosen to match the shirt colors. It was exactly what I was looking for. So I bought a medium one and a Large one that way I can see which one fits me best. I spent 130$ for 2 shirts and 2 ties…. It was a good deal. I think tomorrow I will go again and buy some jeans or even a Suit jacket. They have really nice selections. Point of the story is God took care of me even though I didn’t deserve it!!!!!!!! God is kind. Even to Miserable worthless sinners like me. And y’all are probably better than me so Yeah Y’all should be good if u come here and Trust God to Lead u around the store.

Good experience! I assisted myself and didn’t need much help as I started the shopping online and simply visited the store for proper fitting.

The cashiers could benefit from being more pleasant or perhaps working at a place that they would enjoy verses working at a store that they like to shop at. Other than that - I love my heels 💕

Bought the boots before Black Friday started online for $20 each. Went today to pick them up. Easy ordering..had to wait in line a bit but not so bad.

Today was the second Saturday of the month ! So I came prepared for JCPenney kids Zone and was greeted at the door by a elder employee who handed me a $10 of $10 or more coupon!!

I was early so I had time to treat myself to the clearance racks! Got a pair of slippers for $8.99 and a Pair of slides for &10

Then used my online extra 30% coupon for an oversized junior graphic T got that baddy for only $2.99

I was able to combine the $10 off coupon with the 10% off coupon (that the associate handing out the Kids Zone items gave me :-)) and the 30% off coupon and purchase two character watches for my boys for $24

I love this location.

I had a great time the last time I was here, thanks to Pauline, for dropping everything she was doing to assist me, ordering online at the store, also want to thank Darin for his kindness.

We thought this particular store was closed down. We're so glad that it's still open. Will definitely be going back soon.

Cashiers are AMAZING. The first lady alerted me to the sale, great. Desiree took her time with me, protect my privacy, made sure I had everything I wanted (even stuff not there) more important, she made sure I got all discounts plus my ticket was correct.
Store is clean/ organized. Good experience, will return again for the deals.

Went looking for a bra but didn't find one. Did find some candles though and hand soap.

Great customer service when I shopped in the Parks Mall location

I came in today looking for a suit for my husband, I had a hard time finding a matching suit but a couple of the employees helped and they were able to find what I needed. I am really grateful as I needed the suit for this weekend. This is the customer service that will keep me shopping here.

Nice, clean. I had to do a return from an online order and it was so simple. The store was undergoing remodeling but the agent's helped a lot.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Annie! My family and I were struggling to find my son a suit for homecoming. Ms. Annie approached us and asked us if we needed help. Literally, the store was closing in 10 minutes. She walked us over to the suit section and proceeded to help us find a suit. People like Ms. Annie that go above and beyond to help customer’s like myself should be recognized! She was so kind and she made sure that we had what we needed! I appreciate her so much and I just want to let her know that my family and I appreciate her so so much because she didn’t have to help us but she did! Thank you Ms. Annie!

Ms. Annie the manager was so patient and helpful. She had exceptional customer service. She helped me resolve a credit issue, listened to me, and explained all the information I needed to know in detail. However she didn’t move slow nor did she rush the process. She was efficient and effective while helping me and the other employees. I typically visit the location in Mesquite, but now I will come here more.

Amazing selection and good quality products. Staffs were helpful and was able to assist my wife during the visit. Good prices and great deal.

Had a long wait for checkout, due to cashier shortage. Overall staff was really helpful with finding the items I needed.

The staff quickly answered all our questions. They pointed us in the right direction to find the product. Check out was fast! The store was very clean!
