The Home Depot

I had an issue with an Echo product that I had purchased at Home Depot. Echo had given me the runaround with the issue but Jared, a manager, took complete responsibility for the issue and completely addressed it. I am so grateful that I shop at Home Depot and I will always recommend Home Depot to all of my friends and businesses. This is one of the best companies in America and I absolutely love going there. Thank you so much Jared for taking care of me. I LOVE Home Depot!

Is the store where I buy my supplies. Is organized. On Saturday morning is always pack with people that doesn’t know where is anything… Is funny. But is ok

Had what I needed. Saw the staff be very courteous to a very customer. I commended that staff person. The customer was rude and abrasive. I return here periodicly and have good experiences.

Y this has been so far one of the best Home Depot I’ve been. Always finding what I’m looking for. Most of the employees have a great attitude and are helpful in general. Good prices and decent stock of materials. Now they have the tool rental section open, much better now.

Home Depot is always geared up for those improvement projects with full inventory and selection. Occasionally there might be something not in the specific store although is available in a location nearby or in some cases, online.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Locations are clean and organized.

No improvement job is too small or too large where Home Depot can't service.

I haven't used the professional third party contracting services available on their website yet; however, that is convenient for those that may be interested.

Always a pleasure and much appreciated for what Home Depot and employees offer.

The two young women who helped me are stellar. They took my 3 5 gallon jugs replaced them and gave me a buggy. To the young woman with the blond hair you are a natural leader. To the young woman with the long hair thank you for all your help and natural problem solving. Cheers.

The employees here are always the best. We had a grill delivered but it was missing the power cord. Parroh and another employee made sure that we were able to get the coord before we left the store!! Which only meant that their wi-if wasn’t working, the phone couldn’t find the product for a bit and getting on a forklift to get it off of another grill! Thank you gentlemen, you definitely deserve a raise!!

5 stars for such a clean stocked place under management of General Manager Tim, but low stars for customer service. I work as a Hilton manager & I will say dont judge based off appearance. Sometimes I judge cowboys players who come in & quickly learn not to judge. The lady near the hoses did not care to show where they were moved. The manager of garden did not care to show where hoses where. The manager of lumber did not care to talk to people needing help. Only associate "Ever" was super helpful to customers. Step it up, please

Had really good help to resolve a problem. Just wish you had 60 amp rated male/female plugs and #6 SO cable.

They ARE really Practing SOCIAL distancing efforts at our local Store. I went to grab brushes to start my TV makeover this morning. I was in the store under 10 minutes with checkout INCLUDED. They had a great selection of PROTECTIVE masks, and sanitizers on the front displays. They even had sanitizer by the gallon for sale. Way to go ....you guys rock! All three cashiers were also protected behind plexiglass! I not only found my items quickly...I spent under 11.00 for them!

Awesome Customer Service!

I called Home Depot regarding a battery for a riding mower. I was lucky enough to speak with Mike Brown in the Garden area, he took the time to talk to me about what I need and what was in stock. When I arrived I was told by another service agent that I was mistaken and they did not have riding mower batteries; he double checked with a co-worker and it was none other thank Mr. Mike Brown who remembered me from the phone inquiry and walked me to the product I needed. Thank you Mike!!!

Always has what I want, even if there's nobody available to help me find it. If I wander around long enough I eventually do find what I'm looking for, but forget asking any questions. Pet friendly which is the reason for 5 stars.

I love the experience I always have at home Depot the prices are the most competitive in town easy access to build all my applications for on grid and off-grid when I'm using Solar products.

I never leave reviews, but I’m compelled to do so after multiple recent experiences at this particular Home Depot in Cedar Hill. I just moved to the area so runs to HD have been more frequent than normal as we try to get settled in. The workers here have been extremely helpful—in store and in the parking lot. Knowledgeable, friendly, even eager to help. I’ve been to plenty of Home Depot’s where that was NOT the case. I read some of the older reviews and they are not favorable. I don’t know what has happened since then, but they’ve been on their game these last several days in a real way!

Good overall experience as always. Quick grab and go visit.

I have been shopping here at the Cedar Hill, TX store for many years. Rarely do I have a bad experience.
Today, was a wonderful experience. I purchased 10 bags of topsoil and some wood chips.
A store employee named Adrian came up to me and helped me by finishing loading what I needed and then taking my big old rolling cart ( well over 400 lb) up to the cashier and then loaded it into my vehicle. I've never had anyone just do that spontaneously like that. I was very impressed.
