All the staff were great but I have to say that whoever cooked the fried chicken that came out at 3:16 deserves a raise! Hands down best food Lion chicken I’ve ever had . Very juicy and flavorful! He or she should give lessons to all the other people that fry chicken for food lion !

I'm finding Food Lions' has great quality foods. Their meats are always fresh, and not bloody! Produce aisles are always stocked with an array of beautiful fruits and vegetables. Store is very clean, and of course their staff members are friendly, informative and helpful!

Have a cleaning business, and I always purchase the double roll 2 per pack for $6.19. They always have quality bounty paper towels. Lots of sheets so they last a long time. You can tell when you squeeze the roll because it's always super tight or resistant .👍😉

This Food Lion is never over crowded. Employees here are always helpful and very friendly! It's clean all the time!

Finally able to get Toilet Paper at this Food Lion in June 2020! After being unable to find toilet paper for weeks in Virginia Beach due to the Pandemuc was finally able to get it at this Food Lion in Portsmouth! The staff and cashiers were very helpful and friendly! Nice store and easy to find whatever you are looking for!

I was impressed with this particular Food Lion's remodeling improvements, especially in comparison with the Food Lion on Airline Blvd. 3539 Airline Blvd to be exact their location remodeling is complete however, the other Food Lion produce section has a better variety of produce, and they had great prices for meats on manager specials I got a pack of T-bone Steak for $9.52 , 3 pkg of chicken breast $3.05.....You get my point some stores even though they maybe part of a franchise are better than others. It is maybe because of the location or management but whatever the reason is I will be shopping at this Food Lion in Churchland

It was truly the best as always! Food Lion had all my Berries on sale! You are the only Super Market that has them on sale! Bravo! I will continue to shop with you! Thanks again for all you do!

Staff is always nice and friendly. Store is always clean and well stocked. Not enough staff but due to the pandemic it's understandable.

You know. I never really liked food lions and I don't shop here often so I'm not talking about how that was. But this is by far the cleanest Food Lion I have ever been in by a long shot.

This Foodlions, like most of them, has been renovated. The employees seemed to have follow suite and has changed their professional demeanour, they're a lot friendlier and helpful now, well most of them are, my problem is the deli, when I call the deli, they either don't answer, or something else like no chicken, stove/oven is broke something! So I go to the store and order, I ask for 24 wing dings. The person says they only sell 6, 12, 18, 30! I said ok I want 24 pieces a 6 and a 18. She was very combative! What did I just say! 6, 12, 18, 30, NOT 24! I asked what is a 6 piece and a 18 piece equals? She says look I told you I can't do that! Of course I'm confused, so I just asked for 6 pieces, once getting it, then I ask now can I get a 18 piece

New to the area and still felt right at home. Associates very polite and helpful. Store very clean and organized. Looks like I found my grocery store.

There is not much to say about food lion, besides that it is a food lion, however this food lion, being the food lion I have gone to all of 5 times has been an enjoyable experience. I will willingly walk into this food lion to get what I need and leave with a smile on my face thanks to the friendly staff. Keep it up guys
