I asked to speak to the Pharmacist and he was available to speak to me at that time. I asked for his opinion about taking another COVID Vaccine and he looked it up and said, for my age group it would be appropriate. So I received my 6th Moderna Dose. I felt that I should get another one because I was told that they last for 6 to 9 months and as a Caregiver for my Sister which is a heart transplant patient and she is also currently on dialysis, it would be to my advantage as well as hers to get another dosage! I had a Great Experience!

I had a prescription for my son filled at a pharmacy that closed before I could pick it up.

The pharmacist, Judy was so gracious and helpful. She called the pharmacy and transferred my son's prescription and was so pleasant.

My wife scheduled a Covid vaccination appointment and I was in and out of there within 15 or 20 minutes. It was great and Stephanie was informative, helpful, and super nice! I understand that people are anxious to get through the lines to get their prescriptions, but just try to remember to be understanding and patient. Thery are doing their best. There are a lot of real staff shortages right now going into 2022 and that is definitely no exception for the pharmacy personnel at CVS.

My recent experience with this store was nothing short of AMAZING!! I placed and online ordered for photos and after 2 days my order was not complete. Somehow the order was not processed in the system to the store location. These photos were very important. I called the store and the Wonderful Associate that answered did all in her power to find the order but also the manager (who was actually off) stepped in to help. I contact corporate Customer Service, who actually tried to place blame on the store when the issue was within the system. I defended the store stating I could hear them on the phone typing and researching to find the order. Yet the Customer Service rep insisted that the manager had placed the order on hold. Which was totally not the case. I received a call from a local number which was the Store Manager who called on her day off from her personal phone to tell me how sorry she was about the situation. She instructed me to go to the store have the photos printed and told me to not worry about payment due to my inconvenience. When I arrived at the store, the Associates were already aware of my issue, assisted me quickly in printing my photos and showed AWESOME customer service. This manager not only show great leadership, and provided a great experience and solution to my issue, but her management skills have reflected in her staff. I have now switched all my business here from prescriptions to daily shopping needs. Thanks so much Ladies your all AMAZING!!!

Always helpful. There is one pharmacy tech who is so rude. A young woman. I went to get my daughters medicine and two of her prescriptions weren't able to be filled. One was for a med that they didn't carry or could order. So I went in to find the equivalent of it, and I wasn't sure where. So I'm standing in line to ask, and the woman see's me standing there. And instead of helping me, she looks at me and says in a nasty tone while I'm starting to explain to the cashier what I was looking for, "Are you trying to drop that prescription off again? We don't carry it." And I just replied no and ignored her and continued my conversation with the cashier. Then when I asked about her second one, she interrupted and told me that it wouldn't be in until Monday and I could buy it instead of waiting. I told her I'd rather wait since I had some and her insurance would cover it. She just tossed her head up in the air and walked away.
Otherwise I NEVER have issues with them and if I have a problem they help me or direct me somewhere else. This woman must be new.
