I have never had a negative experience at this store. I do returns regularly, and they’re always quick and nice! If there is a wait, they will greet you and offer other options like the self service. I don’t mind waiting for someone because I know that they do a great job.

Sometimes you have a bad day. And sometimes customer service goes above and beyond to be a ray of sunshine during your bad day. Jazmine and Kyle went above and beyond to help me with an unreasonable timeline. Friendly. Quick. Great print job. Made my day. Thanks crew!

The UPS store in Kuna is excellent. They’re very efficient and always friendly, every one of them. They were great at guiding me when I had no idea what I was doing 😆. We’ve also used their Notary Services.This will be my UPS store as long as I need one. I highly recommend them!

It is 2 weeks before Christmas, so I expected a line. There was no line, and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted like I was an old friend. The employee expedited by Amazon return without any issues. So easy!

Kelsie was super helpful getting my short notice print job done quickly & effectively. I needed programs for a military retirement and all shops quoted 7-10 business days, yet we were only 4 days away from the event. She had them printed in <2 days & they turned out beautifully!! Highly recommend the print services at this UPS store :-)

I had to write a review because I received A+ service from the folks at the UPS store in Kuna. I walked in and there were two employees helping 2 different people and it was obvious from the conversations that it was going to be a while. No problem, I was in no hurry. Another employee came out and asked if they could help me. I had two different issues, and she was able to take care of one of them, then told me that I would need to get back in line due to the complexity of my other issue. The employee at the counter had me come around on the other side of the counter and quickly took care of my other issue. All the employees were friendly and it was obvious they cared about getting customers then care of. Kudos!

Mark and staff are endlessly friendly and helpful! Every printing job I've sent them, no matter how big or small, has been completed perfectly and super quickly. They are quick and friendly to communicate any questions or clarifications with my printing requests. I've used notary services and shipping services from this location also, and again, nothing but extremely quick, friendly service! Highly recommend!
