TOPS Friendly Markets

I can't remember the girls name I believe it is Alyssa or Ashley, could be wrong but has partial colored hair and works at tops gas pumps, she has phenomenal customer service and I am Definitely pleased with my visit at tops today getting gas and being served by such a cute and friendly face with a bright smile just made my day !!! I love Medina tops markets!

Good customer service. A majority of people who work there are friendly enough. The self scan can be a nightmare if using cash, but that's how TPTB want it. We are getting closer and closer to a CBDC

I have all my perscriptions processed at my TOPS store in Medina. Every pharmacist there is friendly, kind and always helpful with whatever my needs are. I am always kept well informed with whatever med changes there are and my questions always promptly followed up. I am completely satisfied with the great service I am given at my TOPS pharmacy.

Stores in normally very clean and kept up with very well. Staff is normally friendly although they do higher a lot of younger workers so they're new to the workforce which can be frustrating at times. Overall decent experience decent prices.

Had a very nice cashier today.. used win for granddaughter and she was very helpful. Closed her register so I could take back food and replace. Not a tops I shop at daily, but when I do I have no issues with the store or associates.

This location made the absolute best death by chocolate cake EVER!! We have tried it at other locations and it wasn’t as good. Only buying it from medina tops!! So, so good!

Great Tops to go to, at least in comparison with the Tops on Rt 31 in Lockport. This is really a highlight in Medina, it's not Wegmans, but I feel good about what I buy fresh from this Tops. They keep up to date with their food and never sell anything close to the expiration date. The Pharmacy is respectable and informative. They speak English, unlike the aforementioned Lockport Tops. Cashiers are Friendly. Place is rockin during lunch time everyday!

Went to Medina Tops. Had a very nice cashier today. Didn't pile the bags too heavy which was nice.

It's a good grocery store, has most everything you need, if not they will try to get it for you.

This Tops has preety much everything you need. Nice clean store and the employees are all helpful n friendly.

This is legit the only place you can go and get triple berry jam besides Wegmans but it is cheaper and you get alot more.
