I was recently doing a renovation on a nursery, I was looking to get carpeting to make if softer and safer for the long times standing and playing.
I came her first because of a few great recommendations. Good thing I did It turned out perfect!!! I knew the size I needed and the color I kind of had in mind and they were happy to help. after walking around and making my selection which was a very stress free situation they were there to help but not necessarily upsell. We set up a date and time that was convenient and the person who came to install was awesome. He came a few minutes early did a great job in no time.
I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who mentions needing carpet. Great business great service and local what more can you ask for!!!!!

I can’t say enough about my installer, Derrick. His work is amazing and he is the nicest person I’ve met in a long time. He does everything to perfection while checking constantly to be sure it meets the client’s expectations.

We had three bedrooms carpeted, and are totally satisfied with the whole experience! It was easy to walk in and look at/feel different carpets. Everyone there was helpful with understanding material, colors and pricing. We took some samples home, and the next day they had already had someone come measure our rooms. Later when we were ready for install the contractor double checked everything and made sure it was how we wanted, it only took two 1.5 days for install, and overall it has been the least stressful part of our whole home reno! Definitely recommend if you're thinking about carpeting and want to stay local

So I gotta brag a little on this business. Firstly we got the referral from a trusted friend, so we knew going in things would be good. I just had no idea how good. We own an 1870s Victorian and we purchased it with a kitchen upstairs (🤮) anyways, we removed that kitchen and were turning that space into a bedroom for oldest. We painted the walls, replaced some baseboard and everything else. Go to rip the linoleum up. Oh the horror, at some point along the way some baffoon had torn out the original hardwood and left behind only the shiplap subfloor, 😭. Anyways we needed carpet in there. It was hot as all get out the week we picked out this gorgeous remnant and extra plush padding. They got it installed for *less* than the cost of carpet laying tools and were done in just a couple hours on a 90°+ day with no AC. My heroes! The carpet looks great, is snug as can be, and adds so much to that once awful room. Thank you J&D!

Joe came out within a couple of days of us deciding on what we wanted, measured area, we received email two days later with cost of materials and labor. Well below what we thought it would be. We agreed to wait until after memorial day to have it installed. Joe dropped off the materials a few days before installation date. Larry and Chris arrived promptly at agreed upon time. They were friendly, polite and hard working. Worked diligently the whole day. Only took a break for lunch. They cleaned up as they worked, and even took the packaging and debris with them when they left. Can't praise them enough! Will recommend this business to anyone who needs new flooring!!!

My experience with the office personal at J&D wasn't the best, a lot of cancelled appointments and calls that was not returned back. Very frustrating since we had to have it installed before Xmas. Also not the nicest people to communicate with. Almost decided to go to another company but we were strapped for time and Nick Dellario professional personality made our decision to give it a go, Nick come to our home on several occasions and always returned my calls. The nicest person to deal with. Nick went out of his way to come this Saturday knowing that we had to have this carpet installed before my son that's in the air force was coming home soon. Nick was supposed to be off! and did have other plans, He came this passed Saturday alone. not knowing he would have any help, but Nick completed the job and it was unbelievable and the cleanup was remarkable. He is a professional, the work was outstanding. He is a bull worker. Our Family would like to thank Nick Dellario and because he is such a remarkable person and installer we recommend J&D Floor. Absolutely amazing!!!! We couldn't be happier. We had a horrible experience with a different carpet company and our house was left with padding and no carpet. We went to j&d after a friend recommended too. This company went above and beyond for us. Ben and Dennis were amazing we explained our situation they helped us pick out carpet and installed it the next day! We will now on go here for all our flooring needs and recommend them to everyone. Excellent carpet, far more inexpensive than other major retailers, quality is definitely there. Installers (dennis zimmerman) I cannot say enough good things about, courteous, accommodating, very understanding, fast, professional, overall great people. Do not pass this business by.

We have purchased several prebound area carpets from this company. Always helpful! I recently asked if they would be able to cut down and rebind a 9X12 carpet I bought there a year or two ago for my granddaughters room and they said yes and quoted a price that I consider reasonable! My go to!

Did the floor in the downstairs with plank flooring. Looks incredible. They did a great job. Even changed the order mid way and they accommodated without a problem. Highly recommend.
