Publix Super Market at Bass Plantation

So easy to get all the items I needed and some items I wanted ( Momofuku noodles). Great service and staff, Justin at check out was amazing! Coming from Canada I was so pleased with this store! Thank you!

Great Publix! Clean, friendly staff, love the bakery and the folks back there as well as all those in the deli area! The produce folks are helpful and the meat folks happily help when needed and are extremely informative when it comes to meat questions. We love all the individual meal items they sell and the hot deli items they offer. Subs are always great! Service desk is always willing to look something up and we always seem to find a good find on the little clearance corner!

Extremely pleasant and helpful African American Female staff member in the self check-out area. She's unforgettable because of the extent that she goes to, to make sure you are good to go.

we don’t get to publix often due to the location, so this review is based mostly on the bakery as opposed to the store in general. i feel like it’s pretty common knowledge (maybe) that publix does great cakes but oh my gosh was this one amazing! i wanted something a bit special for my birthday this year and saw this pink, sprinkle-filled cake and knew i just had to have it. it looks amazing, just like the photos online, and it tasted great too! it was a moist vanilla cake with a light buttercream frosting that wasn’t too sweet. the price was great for the size of the cake and level of detail too. the cupcakes were a last minute surprise but they were delicious as well. everyone was friendly and the pickup was easy. i would highly recommend if you’re looking for baked goods. (:

It's a little bit on the pricey side compared to Kroger but the rows of groceries are much wider and the store is a lot cleaner. The service is always good too

Publix Super Market on Bass Road is my favorite place to shop! The produce is fresh and the pharmacist Tori is great. All of the staff are friendly and willing to assist if you need assistance. Very clean store with a variety of products .

Items are extra neatly placed on shelves, store is super organized. Employees were nice. Basically, if we compare Publix to Kroger, that's like comparing McDonald's to chic fil a... You can't. You can't compete where you don't compare, unless your prices are better! Nice store, but they are taking the good stuff thinking it's ok to charge for products like that lol but the quality and selection are always better. Every item I picked up, I scanned on my Walmart app and every item was anywhere from 13 cent- .80 cent more... But, you get what you pay for... At Publix you're not fighting down a tiny narrow isle, you don't have to worry about being cramped on an isle while the employees restock... It was a luxurious experience compared to Walmart to say the least.

Love the atmosphere so nice and friendly people. We went to get my son and niece their birthday cake. It was very delicious to be from the freezer! The cake was moist and soft, butter whip cream frosting light and sweet without overwhelming.

Everyone treated me like I was a special customer! It made me feel so good! Thank you for your friendliness and kindness.

It's Publix, just like most others, think of it as the Chick-fil-A of groceries. Nice stores, good service. Holds true for this location too.

The deli section at this location is staffed by some really great people. They make really good food and are super patient and helpful. I prefer this Publix to the others I have been to.

I moved from an area that didn't have Publix and I feel like I've been missing out my entire life! I love this store!

I was there yesterday to get one of their awesome subs…I like theirs better than the sub shops around town.
I also got a bowl of chunky watermelon. And it was the sweetest I’ve ever had.
So glad I went out of my way to dash in.

It's always a lovely visit and I frequent this location several times a week. You are greeted immediately upon entrance and throughout your shopping process, you will find many workers offering consistent help or checking in to make sure all of your needs are met. Very professional and friendly.

This Publix was like most. Super clean and very nice. They often have items other stores do not.
