If you need something packed and shipped this is the place to go. Their "can do" attitude is refreshing. They want your business instead of acting like you are bothering them. Their smiling friendliness is the icing on the cake!

Mr. Skillman went above and beyond to help a disabled person. Friendly, courteous and professional. Best UPS store i’ve been in!

I've been back on several occasions, an hour or so before closing (or less) and they've not only been open- but very courteous.

Needed to drop off some returns this evening, arrived at 4:00 PM on Sunday and they were already closed. Online and signage outside says business hours are till 5:00 PM.

When did it get do expensive to send a letter. A card to Saskatchewan Canada $80 no joke. I cost me $2 at the local post office to send a card to a friend in blackwater Australia. Are you kidding me. $4 for 12 copies becoz THEY have to do the copies for you. Note to self go to staples office Depot even local library. However the lady that was working the desk was very nice and helpful.

All the negative reviews are correct unfortunately. With the exception of the couple young guys that work in there, everyone else should find work elsewhere. Why you ask? Because they clearly hate their jobs. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a look along the lines of, “what are you doing here, and why did you interrupt me while I’m at my service oriented place of work”. Seriously folks, try smiling on occasion, day goes by a lot quicker, and who knows, you might actually have a little fun that way. Unfortunately for me this store is the closest to my home, but I’m seriously considering driving a little farther for a better experience. Avoid this location. Shout out to the two young guys though, they are always friendly and helpful.

I was at the store today on Bowman and received service from the owner Gary. He wanted to charge me more than what his employee had previously charge to print a label. I politely just explained it and he stated “ my employee is going to get fired and will be because of you”. He also told me I didn’t have to go back to the store and that he is the owner and there wasn’t anyone to complain to. This gentleman was beyond rude. I felt very uncomfortable. I am sure if the franchise is privately owned, that UPS still cares about their branding. I will be following up with a formal complain to corporate. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the label and will submit proof of that to corporate. The UPS on Zebulon is more professional and friendly. Please, avoid going to this location. This man is awful and shouldn’t be running any type of business.

Made an appointment earlier in the morning to have documents notarized. Upon entering the establishment the very underwhelming young man at the counter, asked what service I needed, then asked to see the papers and proceeded to say, the notary isn’t available. He wasn’t apologetic, he just seemed bothered that we were in the store. I definitely will not go back for any of their services and will be sure to let people know to avoid this location.

Definitely one of the worst places in Macon for customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with an employee here is one where I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by giving them business. It’s not your typically ups. Privately owned . Girl that works at the front is extremely rude and bothered that she has to serve you. Manager (Gary) wasn’t there and she told me she could not ship internationally that he would have to do it . I asked when he would be back — she said I don’t know. I asked if she could call him. She said no . He doesn’t respond to my messages so I’m not going to do that. Don’t waste your time here.

The owner of this location said he would ship my large package but would not accept the same package because it was an Amazon return because it was too large, he claimed not to have space. He made it a point to let me know he was the owner and it’s privately owned. My response was I’ll keep that In mind in the future I proceeded to tell him let’s keep it professional because he had customer in the store as I walked out of his establishment and he likes to get mouthy. He’s a rude short insecure man who feels that he needs to brag about who he is as if it matters. I also confirmed with UPS that he should have taken the package, this locations is a problem stay away.

Went to this store on Monday at 4pm and the store was closed with no sign. I went back to the store today at 10am and was told to come back at 12 for a notary, when I came back I was told by another worker that no one is available to do it until tomorrow afternoon and that the bank across the street can do it with having an account(drove here and waited inside just to find out that’s not true)

This store is privately owned and the owner is rude, unprofessional, and demonstrates poor customer service. I went there to print and notarize. Told the notary would be there in about 10 mins. While I waited, I sent the document to printer. The owner and notary walked in. I paid the assistant for the print job and asked about the notary. The store owner and notary said I would have to wait 10 more minutes while he print something. Seriously? I said should I make an appointment next time so I don’t have to wait for you to print “for another customer” who was not at the store. He said no appointment service available. I am so over Georgia and attitudes of people here. So unprofessional, backwards, rude. I moved to this side of town to avoid it. I don’t want to think it’s an America problem. I will not be going to this store anymore.
