The UPS Store

UPS stores are a great one stop shop for business needs. I often bring my Amazon Returns to these stores, and it is always an easy transaction!

This particular store is small and very nicely maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful
early in the morning. My only complain is that I had to take a left onto Cedar Bluff without a stoplight, which can be stressful.

I like to stop by here when I have Amazon returns since it's much closer than Kohl's or Whole Foods. Everyone working there has always been prompt and nice. They scan your labels and get you on your way. If you have time to make small talk they will do that too.

Helpful staff all the time, I use this store on a weekly bases and all I get is appreciation and kindness along with prompt professional service.

The UPS store has Great customer service. They are always friendly and helpful.

Everyone here is always polite and acts as if they are happy to be helping, have never had anything but a pleasant exchange here. Had a poor experience at another store and Jackson helped to correct it for me. Even when they are busy, they are efficient and working to provide great customer service! 5 stars!

I was returning my AT&T/DIRECT TV EQUIPMENT or was it Dish anyways the staff was very helpful and suggested I keep a receipt in case AT&T tries to strong-arm me saying they never received it. The UPS store does not keep records they only facilitate packing and shipping and once shipped their system deletes any information.

I always have such an easy time returning items through Amazon, or another website dropping it off.

I have shipped a few times here in the last few weeks. This location works efficiently, my packages have arrived without issues and there is one young girl who I always- luckily- get to assist me. She's very friendly and pleasant. I wish I knew her name, but kudos to the management of this location. I will continue to ship through you guys. Trust me when I say customer service is on point. With so much customer service lacking these days, I have had a great experience here every single time without fail.

I have shipped multiple packages from this location and they have always arrived on time or quicker than expected. I don't know if the prices across all UPS stores are equivalent, but it feels like their shipping prices are very reasonable. I felt compelled to write a review because they really do a great job.

I was just at the UPS Store #1682 on Cedar Bluff Road in Knoxville, TN and wanted to sing the praises of the young man that was working the store - Jake. He was the MOST HELPFUL person I have ever had the opportunity to interact with at a UPS Store! He's definitely a KEEPER! He made sure that my package was packed appropriately and even made sure that the package I used was not bigger than necessary! Thank you for ensuring that the employees you hire are top notch!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. Usually when I want to ship something I end up waiting in line forever and then the clerk seems bothered that I would even want to use their services in the first place. The staff at the UPS store acted the complete opposite. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and they immediately began getting my package where it needed to be. I will be shipping through the UPS stores from now on because I received such amazing service!

This UPS store has great service. Even when they are busy it is still a quick experience. They make returning items a painless experience!

Went In yesterday and had a great experience with the tall bearded guy. (I believe his name was Jaxon) He was very quick and efficient and helped me repackage my box to get a cheaper rate on shipping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place because they’re quick and very friendly!

I was needing to do a Amazon return and the young man there was extremely helpful! I went in with a few questions as I had never done a return and he helped me get all my return labels in order and they even wrapped my boxes. Wonderful, easy process and place to do business!!

We love working with The UPS Store on Cedar Bluff Rd. For several years, before we had an official office, we had a mailbox at this location. We continue to use their notary service, shipping services, copy services and purchasing products from this location. Everyone is always so helpful, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them, especially to businesses, as they can help ease your workload.

Because of this UPS Store, I actually *enjoy* shipping packages, including returns. Jacob, the manager, is so genuinely friendly and truly helpful. I'm thankful this store is on my way to work, but even if it weren't, I'd go out of my way to ship from there.

This UPS store is convenient to my business, the staff makes doing business with them easy. Sending packages on time for my business is an essential part of reputation. Had a great experience last week. Cannot remember the young man's name...tall, dark hair, last Wednesday afternoon. Anyway, i was on call I could not get off and he eS so mice and pleasant and took care of all my needs@ will definitely be back!
