What can I say about home Depot they are an outstanding place to get your DIY projects on the go and to find any type of supplies for outdoor and indoor projects. If it's gardening needs that you have this store has everything you need or want. The staff there are knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. If you have a disability they have things to help you with your needs. I recommend this store to everyone.

I normally steer clear of Home Depot because you can never find an associate. Today, not only did i find one, but he was courteous and very helpful, even those the store didn't have what I wanted.

Hello; I just would like to say that I always find it a joy to shop at the Madison store. The personnel are always willing to assist where needed! I've shopped here since they were down on University Drive. My last visit was no different! Recently had a great experience at the Lawson's Ridge store in Madison, AL. It started with Terry in flooring who was very helpful in getting the tile I needed. Then Donna at checkout was very cheerful and double-checked that I was getting the correct shoe mold for my application. Lastly, in the parking lot, Courtney offered to help me load my purchases into my trunk. There were times not so long ago at this store that you were lucky to get any help from anyone. I went three for three on this trip! Well done Home Depot.

Not sure if every employee in home Depot is triened this way, but all the staff in this place is exceptionally helpfully. They are all good human beings.

Wonderful experience with Clay and Justin. They were great in helping us secure various decorations for our building and residents. Top tier customer service and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I recently purchased a new garbage disposal and received excellent service from three gentlemen. They helped me select the disposal and was very courteous. One was a retired vet and worked in the windows and doors department but helped me buy and get a installation service Best Home Service. I had to wait only one day before installation. The young technician was very courteous and knew his job - installed in a very timely manner. Thanks to the other two gentlemen who helped with my purchase - retrieved a cart for me and helped with finding the installation service on line. Love my Home Depot in Madison, AL.

Bought a gas grille on Black Friday sale. The grille was assembled and delivered in less than three hours. Home Depot service is unparalleled.

Found shop vacuum online for $79.00, model 4002. Bought and paid online for same. Daughter picked up model 4000 by mistake. I called and explained what happened. Each unit were identical except 4002 was a Home Depot special purchase of the Rigid 4000, except the normal 99 price was 79 and it had extra accessories. They let us swap out the 4000 for the 4002 with no paperwork, no hassle. Yes I only paid 79 for the first one online. Thanks a Lot......Cecil

Mr JT is everything a manager should be in the customer service/retail industry.
Before he helped me I saw him help four or five other customers AND
He goes Above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need
If The store doesn't have it on hand he still goes above and beyond to either help you find it at another HD store or will let you know when it will come in OR in my case will find something comparable.

My GO TO Home Improvement place. Love this Store in particular. The Management here is WONDERFUL!

It was all good. We drove up from Cullman. I needed a certain decking screw and my wife wanted some closet doors that seem to be in stock only at your store. The young men that helped us were excellent. I did not get their names but one was into archery and the one who did most of the work had a pony tail and bandanna. I'm cool with the hair because I had one too, maybe longer. We thanked them many times and they responded respectfully. I'm sure they would have done the same for any other customer but give them a nod if you get a chance.

Superior customer service at this location. Easy access in and out. Recommend to all!

Great customer service.Limited selection for kitchen and bathroom furnitur.I had a very good experience with Kenn an associate who made my life easier on a tool to buy.I had the best experience with rescheduling my appointment.Free hassle and very understanding.What a relief.Also three weeks ago my new dishwasher Maytag got delivered and the guys were on time and on time for the appointment.No complaints.

What amazing service, I am a single mom of 3 and promised my kids a fire Pitt. I didn’t know what to get or where to start. I asked a gentle walking by first and he was no help, I asked if something was available and he said he didn’t know. I was about to leave and then saw Kenn Harris. He had a big smile on his face and was more than happy to help. He found the one I wanted, went and got a flat cart for me, took me to the register all while I was rounding up my littles. He helped me out to the car and was literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Being a single mom is always interesting and the store can be crazy, people like Kenn are rare in the world today!!! Thanks for being amazing Kenn!!
