Started buying shoes here a few years ago and now I get my daughters race nutrition products here as well. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Shannon for getting me in yet another pair of On Clouds. If your feet hurt, this is your place.

Nice shop with very helpful staff. Needed some assistance with purchasing some footwear for a new runner and the staff was knowledgeable and patient.

Will be going back for new and upgraded spikes needed.

Great customer service! This was the first time I went and I didn't know what to expect. They were busy, but I was acknowledged as soon as I walked thru the door and Dave came to help out. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks. I even received a hand written thank you card and a $10 off coupon in the mail. Who are these people?!(In the best way possible)

They have good customer service. Missy is a great manager. We purchased spikes from them and they also have a 10 week Walk2Run program which is free to get you running 30 min continuously!

I was there last night last to find running spikes for my son.
It was a last minute shopping spree due to going out of town for a cross country race.
Both the young lady and gentlemen there ( sorry forgot their names) were extremely courteous,helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience, I walked out with three pair of shoes, due to my son not being with me.
I Would highly recommend the Hoffman Estates store!!!

Had a phenomenal experience finding my next pair of running shoes with Sam! He took the time to fully explain what I should be looking for in a shoe based upon my particular needs and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Even mailed a handwritten note referencing a race I had told him I wanted to sign up for! If you want fabulous customer service and a "custom" experience, I cannot recommend enough!

First timer buying from this store. Missy made it quick and easy, really friendly. Brought out different options that might work for me after having me walk on a treadmill to get me fitted. Great customer service! Will be back to buy again!

I was so impressed with the customer service. It was a busy Thursday morning, at least 5 people in the store and only 1 associate. She made sure everyone felt welcome and helped everyone at the same time. The color shoe I wanted wasn't available in their location so she got it from another location and dropped it at my home on her way home from work. I'd say that's above and beyond customer service. Prices were right in line with other retailers so I will definitely be getting my running shoes here from now on.

Great staff, great selection, super knowledgeable group of athletes here. Will support the local shops that support the local schools & clubs!! My family truly enjoyed the experience!!

I went in yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes and was very satisfied. Joe was super helpful. Even though he was helping another customer he made an effort to help me as well. I like this location because they have treadmills there and he recorded the way I ran and suggested which shoes were best for me. Thanks Joe!

We have lived in South Barrington for around 4 years and pass this place all the time. I thought it was an outdoor rec supply place and never bothered looking further. After finding out it was a running store I went in the buy new shoes today. I usually go to roadrunner or fleet feet, but wanted to give this place a shot since it was in the neighborhood. I'm glad I did. Hillary helped me and was EXCEPTIONAL. You know how sometimes you're interested in a bunch of different shoes because you're not sure what to get, and then the sales associate begrudgingly goes back and forth 10 times to bring out the shoes to show you becuase they don't want to actually bring everything out and help you. This is not that place. Hillary brought out six or seven different boxes/brands at the same time for me to try and navigate what was best. She was amazing! I was kind of surprised becuase this is the kind of service you usually get at more of a high end boutique/designer shop - where they bring out a bunch of things for you to try to help you find the right thing. They were also relatively busy when I walked in and someone contacted me within 30 seconds letting me know they would be right with me. Not only that, I didn't have to follow up to get that help I was promised. When Hillary was done she immediately came over to my location and started helping. Great great staff and if I ever need running shoes, supplies, or clothing again, this will be my first place I stop. I ended up leaving with two pairs and a great great experience. Thanks

Best place to buy shoes( I am sure they are good at other stuff too). They analyzed my running style and suggested a couple of different shoes. I notice a huge difference within a week on new shoes. I instantly added a couple of km in my daily run with better speed. My legs and back feels much better too.

Double wide store that a lot of running gear and shoes to purchase. I picked up my running packet but did not have time to shop. Will return to try on shoes next time my tread is worn. Friendly staff work at this easy to find location. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

They had great service, a great selection of shoes to choose from and state of the art technology that helped get the most comfortable shoe to fit your foot.

As a TOTAL running newbie, I was more than intimidated when my boyfriend took me here to get REAL running shoes from a professional. They were so helpful and made me feel welcome. Once done helping another customer, an employee helped me for about 30-45 minutes helping me find shoes, getting them fitted, checking my gate on a treadmill, finding running socks, and was even nice enough to walk me through nutrition options they offer (gels, shakes, recovery drinks, etc.). As a committed customer to Amazon, I'm never going to waste my $ on there for running products knowing I can come here and get solid advice instead of shopping online.
