Walmart Supercenter

I was totally unsatisfied. Couldn't fine most of what I was looking for, then when I got to the checkout the woman (with her light still on) said she was closed. Smh. There were only 4 checkout open and she closed to stand around. When one of her co-workers said "why don't you open your line" , she went to the checkout where her co-worker was and start checking out until she finished checking out her co-worker. I just shook my head. But she ✔ me out at least 😕

Surprised how large and well kept this Walmart is... other than that it's walmart (don't mean that negative)

Always crowded and never have any human cashier available, but it is my place to shop.

They had what I needed and the. Cashier and floor associate was very friendly

Very clean and very friendly. Usually the workers are complacent and don't care. But here they are different, makes a big difference in shopping. Very convenient location. Had everything we needed in stock. You can tell the management cares and it shows in the workers and atmosphere.

Store is really nicely stocked and pleasant shopping experience ended with a terrible experience with associate checking receipts in the door upon my leaving very annoying and really is a hassle; that never happen at any other stores or walmarts I notice; this needs to stop. Just have associate stand inside Store floor a distance from checkout counters and observe; if stuff in bags do nothing or if see something wrong take action.
If stopping customers is the
management idea again it needs to stop immediately. I am in marketing research travels from Florida to Tennessee areas and never have seen anything like this it's not good customer service. Some customers get angry or very upset being stopped, some in a hurry. However I gave 5 star because it appears management is doing a superb job on store cleanliness, neatness, excellent product floor stocking.

The best time to shop at Walmart is early morning, 6am or 7am the hand full of staff seem to be beaming and ready to assist you! This morning I was greeted with a smile and a warm hug by Ms. Barbara who, although busy using a dolley to pull cases of water, stopped and greeted me! Now that puts you in a frame of mind that they care and welcomes you to shop with Walmart.

Very nice and clean. Employees were very nice and informative about what is open in their surrounding areas. Gave very good detail directions on what road to take in order to get to our destination.

Nice big store. We were passing through and glad to find a Walmart. Employees were friendly. Store was well stocked and many items we don't have in our Walmart at home. Wish I could have done big shopping and shipped it home 😁😁

Had trouble with the self check line and the attendant came and moved my transaction to her line. She was awesome. Great customer care and service.

The lunch plates are a great value! 6 flavored wings and a side order for $3.97! The restaurants would want $9 for the same meal.

I always enjoys going to Wal Mart ever since I was a kid. My dad would say, "I is time for us to go to Wal Mart"! My brother and I would get excited. Wal Mart is a great place to shop. Loves it!!

The 2 associates I dealt with at PUT were the most COURTEOUS people I've had the pleasure of dealing with since I got to Greenwood last Friday! Cudos to PUT Gentleman who loaded my groceries and Cudos to the young lady who came out b4 him to let me kniw the status of my order

My visit is 5 days a week for donations to the community kitchen. It has been on going for me for approxiamate 3 years,it also is very significant to the feeding and clothing of needy individuals and families.

Very clean, check out there bathrooms so nice. Great deals not as big but still got what I needed
