I sometimes use their pickup delivery service it's wonderful the communications and team is very good when something is unavailable and substitutes if choices are available good job the whole process

I shopped here at Kroger for a few items that I needed. They had some good sales.

It's like going home.. the employees are like family, the shoppers are usually my neighbors.. and they normally have every thing I need.

Steven was a self-checkout cashier #505 and I appreciate him for his outstanding customer service on 3/25/21. I forgot my Kroger card when I shop, but he quickly gave me a new Kroger card at the cash register so that I could redeem 78 points back to my original card. I hope the store manager give him a credit for his quick response to the customer’s needs.

It has lots of multi seat carts which is nice for kids. Solid food selection and fresh looking produce. Not the best Kroger in the area, in my opinion, but the best choice if you have multiple kids with you and still a good layout. I think they have one of the best red meats selections around including Costco, although Costco has the best ground beef and pricing.

🚨ATTENTION ATTENTION 🚨 This is the GREATEST KROGER OF ALL KROGER FOOD STORES. It's tucked away in a neighborhood & even the employees know that it is like "Our Little Secret" & they appreciate that. Another reason this Kroger is the GREATEST KROGER EVER is because of an incredible young lady named Natalie in the Deli. She is truly a professional, knowledgeable & engaging...a complete All-Star to deal with. I wish her continued success as in, if she wants to be the store manager, she will be, she is what leaders are made of. Kudos to who hired this rising star. And checker 510 was just as AWESOME, Kroger's future looks extremely bright because of these two Champions.

This Kroger is one of the all time Best! It's always clean . This a Kroger has some of the Best Customer Service. I have always felt safe anytime I go due to location and there is enough employees that you see them throughout store and in parking lot. I have been all times of day. Produce and Meats always fresh. The setup of store is great. I always see a manager on duty. This Kroger will help you 100 percent.

I love this location. Very nice staff, helpful when needed. Great early and later hours and no matter the time of day or night the service is always good. I've been shopping here for four years and it's the only Kroger I actually tolerate.

Although the Pandemic & the Government itself has messed up every business from the very large Corporations to small business owners, be aware that just because you buy something from a place from day to day, you may not be able to return it to get your money back or exchange it, because of staffing issues. If the Government was going to give away FREE MONEY, what really isn't free at all. They should have started low and went up. Totally was a waste of time and effort &; totally screwed up every business in America as far as keeping employees, to work everyday.

Needed to use the Western Union but the first Krogers in Bartlett I went to was down. I went to the one down the street and it was running. In about 3 minutes I was finished.

This is one of Kroger's "show stores" in Memphis. Anything they are going to sell they try out here. The storev is always clean and the customer service is amazing. The sushi is GREAT and the organic section is massive. I love the variety of nuts.

Kroger Kirby Whitten is the best around. Friendly employees who care about their customers and are willing to help anytime. The two lady managers are top-notch. I have had occasion to interact with both of them as well as other staff, all of them exemplary.

Although the store was crowded for SuperBowl Sunday. All lines were open and the cashiers worked quickly to get people through the lines with minimum wait times. Nothing like Wal-Mart!

Area is big. Good amount of goods.best place for groceries.

I really like Kroger. The selection is good, the service is pleasant & helpful and I think the prices are reasonable. The Union Avenue store has quite a lot of variety and I have yet to have a problem parking.

Use the digital coupons. Best deals around! And the store is always clean and well-stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. We love our Kroger!

Has just about anything you'd need from a grocery store among more. Helpful staff and clean store.
