3am appt, you have to check in at the guard shack then go to the quicktrip truck stop .5 mile away. Got a door 3:50am and empty by 5am. Not bad as what I expected. The security guards at the gate were 100% respectful even the lady in the office

Well, in my experience it was not bad for me, my appointment was for 11 pm, I arrived at 10:30 to register at the checkpoint, in 15 minutes they called me to give me the door #, you enter the facilities looking for your door number and open the doors of your trailer and park, you immediately go to the shipping and receiving offices and deliver your papers so that they can unload your trailer. Be very careful when parking because it is uncomfortable 👌

I read all the negative reviews before coming here, but each experience is different I was in and out with 2 hrs, delivery on Sunday was a breeze . Yes this place can use some improvements no doubt, but I have seen it worst .

This my 2nd time here n they got me in pretty quick. Checked in 12:45am for 1:30am appointment. Got called for door at 2:30. Unloaded n got paperwork at 4:30. Make sure u write your phone number & all your information nice n clear, because u will get missed if your missing information or it’s not clear.

I didn’t have a problem checking in or getting a door I had a door as soon as I got here. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and very nice. The guards are just as nice. My appointment time was at midnight and they got me in right when I got here at 11:30pm would have been sooner if I was closer.. I will remember for next time

My appointment 7/1/19 at 7am, nice lady time stamped at 6:41am, in dock & time stamped in receiving office at 7:06am, checked out at 8am. Based on reviews & this was my 1st time here, I was pleasantly pleased. Everyone was friendly & the guy in receiving was cute too 😌. To ease the parking I would suggest going to the back to turn around so you won't have to blind back ( just saying). Also I find if you're nice to people they most always will reciprocate . 👍🏼

I read the reviews before coming and wasn't sure what I was going to encounter once I got hear because of the bad reviews however my experience here was very nice. I arrived ahead of time and yes, I had to wait for receiving to start at 1:30am, checked in and as I was getting ready to pull off my airline blew therefore I missed my appointment and had to be rescheduled. The guard checked on me three times to make sure I was okay. Every one I crossed paths with was nice, polite and professional. Yes, it took awhile for me to get unloaded but sitting and waiting makes up 80% of this job, so you have to have patience. Great job UNFI in Atlanta👍👌🙌🙌

2am appt emptied in 1 hour. Guard and receiving clerks were pretty cool. You have to call the receiving office upon arrival to give them your appointment number and other info.. We had the wrong appointment number took about 30 min to get from broker.. (that is what will hold the line up other people in line had the same problem too) Cant get through the gate until you have your correct number. The Docks on the side where the receiving office is (by door 17) are tight.. But luckily we got unloaded at the other warehouse at dock 41.

Arrived at 1.30 for 2.00 appt. Got the door straight away. Was out by 8.45. now I didn't mind been taken 7 hours to unload becos I was out of hours,else it'd be insane. Security guard was nice n friendly,it seems u don't have to wait to pull ur truck up to to gate but u can just walk out n check in even if ur in line 🤷🏼‍♂. Backing can b hard depending on door, turning around can b little pain. Good luck 👍🤦🏼‍♂

Pretty nice people. The security guy was super friendly and help me doing the check in. The capstones ladies were nice and they took care of me in 2 hours.My appointment was at 5 and by 8 i was at Quick Trip.

Don't know ablut the rest of the reviews here. I wrote mune because they were nice, worked fast, and they surprised me in a good way.

I don't understand the bad reviews, mines was different checked in at 2315 for a 2330 appointment out at 0015 good Lumper Service Unfi Thanks. Also Driver's no overnight parking.

My Experience is Good Staff so polite and Helpful

Nice people gave me door on time with my appointment time earlier 30 minutes..
Unload fast takes little long for paper work, of course they have to count their freight i don't complain with that. Good job.

Have to totally disagree with all these reviews. Took me with 15 min of my appt. Yes they have check in procedure, but most places do. Yes it is a tight area for 53' but if you can drive you will do fine. Unloaded in 1 hr and that was even with lumper payment. Guard and staff were friendly and quite helpful.

I am a driver that comes here every week and the Hispanic woman security is very professional and keeps the trucks moving. She explains everything thoroughly and to the point. I highly recommend this security company.

May be I got lucky, or something change, but they were very nice to me, lady at security guard shack was very nice, at receiving office those ladies were very nice, unloaded 11 pallets in 1 hour, only issue is very tight space to backing in to the door, but yard driver came and help me.

My experience here was flawless. Arrived 40 minutes before appointment time was out before my appointment time. Was picking up.

Incompetence runs rampant! Lack of simplicity is irreplaceable and far from reachable. Missed my $3000 reload because of unbelievable laziness and unachievable work ethics. Black Lives Matter (but here I don't know) Grow up UNFI and hire real employees! You get what you pay for. Minimum wage would be a start

The reviews here are not rated properly, per my own experience, this people here are very hard workers , especially officer Johnson very respectful , they try to get you in and out as soon as they can , I know all experiences are different than other , but for my first time here , I observed then work very hard to get you unloaded and loaded as quickly as possible keep up to the good work , it's pretty difficult to dock do to lack of space , but they come out and give you assistance to park your truck without any incident.....
