Ashaya and Chi-chi were patient, knowledgeable and displayed great customer service. They made me aware of specials and saved me 25% off my bill that I didn’t know. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by my phone and walked out smiling with a new phone for less.

When to the Baker Rd store in Acworth and had the best experience with AT&T in the 35 years I've been with them. Mario was very professional and kind, he exceeded my expectations!

Excellent Service/Team🙌🏾💪🏾🏆I walked into the store to be greeted by a professional Service Team that kept me engaged in their products/services and made feel like I wasn't an interruption to their day but Valued!!! All three agents Alyssa, Nijah and Yasmeen stand tall for their customer service expertise! They are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable! They make sure to go the extra mile to meet your needs. Went in store to trade in my phone and get the new iPhone 12 Pro Max📲. Ran into some road blocks along the way but they make sure their customers are taken care of to the fullest extent! I hope they continue with this standard of service. I am looking forward to further business with this location. This was customer service at its FINEST🏆🏆🏆!!!

I had the best service here with the sales Rep Ashya. She was so nice and courteous from the time I walked in and throughout my entire visit there. She was very helpful and welcoming. She made the process of me starting a new plan and transferring phone companies so easy. I’ll definitely continue to go to that location for all of my services.

Absolutely great customer service from everyone in the store. From the moment I first called to ask about my phone, I felt the great service from the phone. From the moment I walked in the store KY helped me with my up grade and told me every thing I needed to know about my IPhone. This BBC will be my new store for all my At&t needs.

Chi chi is an excellent representative at AT&T at Sandtown crossing. This store just opened in March. She was very pleasant and professional with my elderly mother. She took care of all her needs while making her feel comfortable. She’s the best rep that we have experienced with any of the ATT locations. THANKS CHI CHI for your superb customer service!!! One of the most professional AT&T'S I've went to. I wanted to upgrade and get a better rate on my current plan, and their associate Olivia helped me accomplish what I wanted. I walked-in on a Sunday and I was able to get assisted promptly. Not to mention, the facility was new and very cleanly.

The best store I’ve been to. The rep ChiChi was a great person, made me want to buy the whole store. LOL. I’m not rich but yeah she was really great though. Keep up the good work, the whole store was well kept and professional. Definitely will recommend and put you guys in my top 3.

Where do I begin or end? During my very 1st visit to the store, I met Chi Chi, and it was actually her 1st day on the job! Chi Chi is such a good listener who has "mad" tech skills. As an educator, Chi Chi reminds me of my students who always "have my back" when I just can't figure out some of the technology in my classroom. "Thank you," Chi Chi for helping me to better "understand" the "how and why" about my S21 5G phone. You are very experienced in helping customers feel very comfortable "asking the right questions" which will help me to learn what I need to know.

i was switching my plan over to at&t from sprint and the young lady who helped me out basically bent over backwards to get me all the best deals. sprint was not trying to work with me when it came to getting my info and this wonderful person was so patient it was refreshing :) 10/10 customer service i love my new phone lol i will be coming back

The ladies here were very helpful. They got me the phone I needed and had me in and out in no time! Also made me aware of the att TV which I will be switching to as soon as my contract is up!
