Family went to the chiming event and
purchased 3 clocks. Arrived Friday about 3pm stayed past 5pm. The next day we spent the entire day 9 to 5 enjoying the clocks and all the people that attended the event. Champ's clock shop is very welcoming and HUGE. Everyone who loves clocks should visit. Thanks for having such a GREAT event. We will be back soon.

As a refugee, my American dream was to own a grandfather clock and drive a German car. After few years of saving in 2015 at 31 yrs old, I was able to purchase a Howard Miller clock. Not an expensive one but it was expensive for me at that time. The lady at the shop was so nice and helpful. The father and son that delivered and set up the clock were friendly. They work with their hearts. Highly recommended. By the way, I purchased a BMW not long after owning the grandfather clock. Thank you Champs Clock. Thank you America.

Absolutely gorgeous, lovely experience. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. There's an easily accessible parking, the place wasn't hard to get into, they have such a lovely ambiance, and even better reception. They have a clock in the building (as shown in one of the photos I posted) that you would assume to be fake until you go upstairs and get to see the inner mechanisms and see how it works! It's a lovely area. With what I believe to be a trail, there's a series of signs posted leading you to the entrance of the shop, and despite outside appearances, it's a lovely, large area, fitted with many clocks ranging from grandfather clocks, to wall clocks, to German clocks, to retro looking clocks. This place is absolutely lovely and has a great personality you just don't get to see often. If you're looking for clocks or just wanting to look around what's in store for Douglasville, I heavily recommend that you go visit this lovely area, as you just don't get to experience places like this very often. As soon as you walk through the threshold, you'll experience a passage into another world like never before. If i had two words to describe this place, all I would say is that it's absolutely magnificent.

This is a very cool place to check out! The prices are very good and comparable! I think the coolest part is you can kinda travel back in time and see all the different craftsmanship in the clocks! Would be cool if the clocks could talk and tell their stories! The staff are very friendly and it is family owned! I always try to support family owned businesses

Very cool clock shop with thousands of clocks of all sorts. From antique clocks to current new ones anything was here. Outstanding collection of cuckoo clocks from Black Forest region. Almost all available for sale. Owner was super knowledgeable and told us everything we wanted to know.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I always bring people to champ’s clock shop when I have family in town because it’s a hidden gem! The owners are super friendly and can share the unique history of every clock in the store. I used to live in Germany and these clocks are as authentic as the ones in the Black Forest. They have grandfather clocks that are centuries old, cuckoo clocks, and everything in between. If you want a stunning, heirloom clock for your home or you just love history, this is an awesome place to visit.

The cuckoo clock pictured is one of the largest in the world!

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now, and we finally made it out here last weekend. They have so many beautiful clocks, and the guys are very friendly, happy to talk and answer any questions. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a grandfather or cuckoo clock.

Absolutely Amazing place and the Shop owner is very friendly. You will be amazed by the variety and quality of the clock collections. The shop is featured in multiple movies and I found the shop is not usually crowded at all.A must visit for someone trying to do a Douglas county film trail

Great staff and an amazing selection of clocks. This shop is the real deal. It's been in business for longer than I've been alive and worth a visit weather you're on the film trail, interested in a clock for your home, or just a history buff.

This "little" clock shop is absolutely stunning. From the idyllic setting outside to the wonderful sounds of hundreds of clocks inside, if you like clocks you cannot miss visiting this place. The owners are friendly and courteous and they are masters at the craft. We loved visiting here.

Our journey to Champ's started with an interest in seeing the World's Largest Indoor Cuckoo Clock. Jeff was VERY accommodating. His fascinating stories and explanations on both movies and mechanical items kept my families interests. The time pieces in the shop are not only a sight to behold, but are fantasmagorical!!! What was planned to be a 15 minute excursion became a much longer visit with no regrets. I can't wait for another visit.

What a neat place to visit. They have clocks that you will probably not see any where else, and many more clocks that you can purchase. Great prices and great service.

Love this place. Came for the Chime event and wound up purchasing two clocks. May be another in the future. Jeff and crew are very informative.

Great place to visit. The owner is awesome. If you ever need to know anything about grandfather clocks go see this man, he is the most knowledgeable person around. His store is like a clock museum.

The dedication they have towards their craft is apparent in the quality of their merchandise and in the repair work they do.
I have an old clock I got from my family that did not work. They fixed it and took time to tell me about it's history and how to best take care of it. I can not recommend this place enough.

Thank you to Champ's for fixing my mantle clock! It was my grandfather's, built in 1935, and had stopped chiming. Andrew did a fine job repairing and replacing parts to make it work like a Champ, so to speak! Great service and I would recommend Champ's to anyone who needs clock repair. Thank you!

This place is amazing! If you're interested in clocks or even history this is a must go to place. I have never seen so many grand father clocks in one place. To add to this great adventure the owner, Jeff, is an awesome source of knowledge! Jeff walked us around and told us some stories which was amazing! This is a free history tour, go and visit for yourself if you want a cheap something to do. I'm sure he won't mind selling you something as well but it's not mandatory. Just great people! Go, take the tour and enjoy the past!

You can not go wrong bringing your clock to be repaired at Champs. They are honest, salt of the Earth people! Excellent service and great stories: 💯 % stand behind this company. They got my cuckoo clock going with a little oil and no charge. Like 0$! If I’d had cash on me I would have left some!!! Another (much closer) clock shop didn’t even ask what was happening with my clock when I’d stopped in at that shop. The owner automatically stated it’d be $150 to clean it. So, if you are in need of a quality repair, or just want a cool experience, stop in at Champ’s Clock Shop!!!
