LOFT

The kindest customer service I have had in a long time. The store was perfectly merchandised.i would hire any of these people. They were authentic and lovely.i did not have a huge purchase either.

Great good bargains beautiful clothes of quality. The staff remembers your name after several times coming in the store. I feel so good shopping here l hate going to the mall.

Nice

Smaller and less selection than the other two stores in Omaha. Staff were nice and helpful, no other issues aside from size and selection. White House Black Market is going out of business, I'd love to see LOFT move into that spot. Much larger.

Friendly staff

I visited the Loft in Regency in Omaha Nebraska, I walked around and browsed the store for about 12 mins, not ONE associate acknowledged my presence, yet I noticed how friendly they were with the white customers, one of the associates told a customer about the sales that they were having at the time(40% off) yet no one said a word to me, even after that I still considered making a purchase but I decided not to. There was a woman sitting on the floor putting away clothes I went to her to tell her of my experience, she had the nerve to say she hadn’t noticed me which is a lie because I was the only black person in the store, I’ll take my money where I’m treated like any other customer, I left that store and sat on the bench and wept.

Every time I go to this store I am never greeted or helped. I went tonight and the two ladies were just talking about what they wanted to buy with their discounts. I used to work at a different Loft and that would never have been allowed. Horrible customer service. I will go to a different location for now on.
