CVS

I love going to CVS. I like using my coupons to get a discount on certain products that I use . More importantly, I like getting information from the pharmacist about certain drugs and possible side effects.

Excellent, I found what I was looking for and 7 dollars cheaper than Walgreens and the same product

Never had a bad experience here. It is always busy, but the staff from the cashiers to the pharmacist are all professional. I always find what I need each time I enter the store, every cashier greets me the same way, "hello ma'am how are you?"
They always fill my prescriptions quickly, often before I reach the pharmacy from my doctor's office.
Nothing negative to say, pharmacies are busy places.

I give 5 stars because the Pharmacist on duty was so helpful after I asked him to check the new medication and the possible interaction with a medication my husband was taking. I couldn't stay while he was researching it, I had to get home, so I left. I got a phone call 1/2 hour later and the Pharmacist told me not to give the medication to my husband because it would interact and cause a problem. I was so thankful, that I drove back to thank the Pharmacist in person and tell him "Thank You"!

I have been coming to this CVS more frequently and have found the items I needed by the Pharmacy Dept. area. My interaction with the Pharmacy staff has always been a good experience. They are polite and friendly as well as helpful. Kudos!

I wanted to say Kadeem was very helpful today. My friend accidently combined our coupons he printed out. The woman at the register called him over after lots of chaos. He stayed calm, listened, understood what we were saying and helped get us our discounts on our accounts. He was friendly, quick and efficient. It's these types of employees that should get recognition especially in a time when it's hard to find good workers. This was the TW Alexander store in Durham or Morrisville NC. Usually I don't have a good or bad review, just neutral, but this man did his job and did it well.

This CVS is excellent. Staff in the pharmacy are very helpful. Good team and provided personalized and caring service.

I liked the customer service at this CVS Pharmacy. I had a problem with my BIN number and the pharmacist coordinated with my insurance provider and me to work things out.
My 5 stars are for the effort demonstrated to help a customer

This was my first visit to this store. Everything was neatly arranged and easy to find. I had never been in a CVS this organized!

Great! Great! Great customer service! The products are generally stocked and the red box always works. I drive by other CVS stores just to get to this one. 😀

I love this location,the staff are very friendly,I didn't found an item on the shelf, the cashier went to the back ,and asked me how many do I need,it was awesome!!!!
