The staff is engaging and attentive. They will come along side you to help you find exactly what your are looking for, and will give you advice/specific recommendations based on their experience with the clothing items, which I find super helpful. I love specifically going to one here in Regency, because I know that they will always help me find what I am looking for (even if I myself are not really sure what I am after). I especially recommend Jaz, she is so kind and meets you where you are! She has come along side me a couple different times to shop with me, which I love. I love that the staff is real and down to earth when it comes to sizing, especially in reference to people who are bigger chested or have luck with a certain style over another. The realistic advice is much appreciated and helpful!

The last few times that I have gone to this location the shopping experience felt disconnected compared to other lululemons I’ve been to. There were no staff in sight as I walked in, and no one asked me if I needed help. As a result I took my business elsewhere.
