First time here, they have so much of everything! Very nice store! Great kitchen section, which is off for a hardware store.

Excellent hardware store with knowledgeable staff. Also has unique, and high-end houseware products (appliances, cutlery, cast iron cookware, etc).

Friendly/helpful staff. I come here regularly for household items. Very nice specialty appliances. So many great finds here and at a great price! Sometimes, they grill outside for customers. Sarah and Steve made me an awesome corn fritter last time!

Lots of staff to help me find the product I was looking for. I got a great price with my ACE rewards and used a coupon also. I interacted with three staff members and all were very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful lots of things that you don't normally find at other stores to buy great place to shop.

Extremely helpful & polite employees who actually know what they are doing or find help for your needs!

The folks at Ace Barnes Hardware are top notch! We went there to find some patio furniture and accessories and were very pleased by the extra efforts they took to be safe. All employees were wearing masks (above the mouth and nose!) and respectful of social distancing. Staff was most helpful! When we had trouble assembling one of our rockers, they put it together and delivered the assembled chair to our work. Wow! Quality items that look great and we're confident will last. And it feels good supporting local folks who are a part of our community. Keep up the good work! We look forward to our next visit.

This is way more than a simple hardware store. It can be a destination! Although it has your needs for hardware supplies, it has awesome household decor items, tasteful and beautiful. Right now customers are treated to a wide variety of theme inspired/ uniquely decorated Christmas trees.

This place rocks. Unfortunately my two main stays let me down which led me here. First time here and very pleased. Immediately helped, found exactly what I was there for and friendly staff throughout. Reasonably priced too for Ann Arbor that is saying a lot! HUGE selection and much bigger store than I first thought. I'll be back!

Quick and friendly service. They have quite a collection of things for the home and yard. I saw various kitchen items that I've never seen before. It's worth a visit just to explore what they have. I know that I will be back for that reason.

Full disclosure, this business is owned and operated by a family member—and they don’t need any help from a little review of mine, but go to any other Ace Hardware and then try to compare it to Ace Barnes Hardware—you can’t, it’s a standard-bearer for stores that sell everything a family may need for their home and has a great selection of products and high-quality tool brands!

A woman’s dream store!!! Fabulous colors in everything instead of the typical Michigan dreariness. Unusual kitchen and household items. Great prices on the regular stuff too! Staff is friendly and helpful.

It is truly a destination store. Lol. Go figure. They redefine what a Hardware is.

I really like this Ace Hardware. They always have someone ready to help. I bought all my paint from them and they were always very quick at mixing it. In fact, they even remembered me because of how often I was there!

Consistently clean and well lit, a significant portion of the store is dedicated to kitchen wares and home goods you might expect from a Crate & Barrel or Williams-Sonoma. Prices may skew high, but for some of the tools and gadgets on offer they're the only player on their side of town.

Not what expected from an Ace Hardware Store...100% surprised, 100% loved the store, 100% will be back and recommend that great store. I went in to see what it was like as I had driven by many times, but it is the kind of store that they make you feel comfortable in, help you locate what you are looking for and treat you like part of the family.
