Ann Arbor is fortunate to have this store and its hardworking owner Bridget. Bridget and her staff are meticulous in their stringing of tennis, badminton, and racquetball frames. Caymans has a great selection of shoes to protect your feet on those Michigan hardcourts.

Best customer service! We had a racquet mix up and I needed it for later that day. Bridget drove to my house and personally delivered it to me. For many years I have gone to Caymen Sports and have been vey pleased with the service. This tops it all!

Drove 1 hour from Troy all the way to here and bought two Babolat Pure Aeros with great price. Very good experience. There’s a expensive machine that can accurately measure the spec (weight, swing weight and etc) of a racket so that you can choose the one you want. 5 star out of 5

Cayman is great and I always have a wonderful experience there! When I first started to play tennis again, they took me through all the rackets, let me demo them and made sure that I got what I wanted. Then when I went to go get my second racket, they said they were out of stock but they would definitely get me the newer model when it came out. What great service and I’ll be back!

I feel lucky to have a tennis store in my hometown. They have a great selection of racquets in stock and offer a test service if you want to try before you buy, which is huge because there is so much variation between racquets. Stringing turnaround time is fast, also. Even if a big box store carries what you're looking for, those salespeople won't be able to support you like Cayman can.

I've bought several tennis rackets from here over many years. They have moved locations a few times in that time too so finally excited to see them doing well at this new building. I do miss the Washtenaw rd store but oh well. Their in store selection is only rivaled by Tennis & Golf Company in Royal Oak but for this area, it's no contest. Prices are always competitive and for a serious player this store is a godsend.

Super Friendly staff - Brandon, who works there does an excellent job. If you have any racquet sport needs go see them. Hands down one of the best in the business.

Love the staff here. Have been here three different times and they have always been helpful and understanding. Even did a rush racket for us when my son broke his string's two days before a tournament. So thankful for the help that day.

Love this place. Solid selection of high-quality products and accessories for a small store and great location/service. I had zero experience with racquet sports until I started playing pickleball last year, and they've had exactly what I've needed every time I struggled to find certain equipment online or with the major retailers. And I've gotten everything for a better price than what I could find on Amazon or the pickleball sites. When I struggled to find court shoes that fit my feet well (and kept having to order online and then return everything), I was able to try on and find what I needed here. And then when I was ready to buy a second pair of the shoes that work for me, I found a new pair in my size here when everybody else was sold out online, including the brand site itself. Also giving major props for their huge gear bag selection. Found the exact one I wanted here. Owner and rest of staff are attentive, efficient and well-versed in available products.

Had them restring a couple rackets and they did a great job. Speedy and very communicative.

I saw another post saying the service levels were poor at this store. I've been to Cayman many times both at their old and this new location.

I can't understand how they came to that conclusion. They are great and spend as much time as you need to help make a decision. Whether it is on a new purchase or restringing of your current racquet.
