I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8

Home depot is home depot. The staff is helpful. They all don't have the experience to tell you how to do jobs, and projects, but they try. Prices are better then grainger.

I found everything I want , the associate are so friendly and helpful ,there is a lady working over there she is so nice came to us and told us there is an event every first sautrday of every month they hold a kids project, they gave us a kit to do it at home for free because of covid they can't do it at the store .

Schaumburg Store #1904 I want to acknowledge an extremely helpful manager (who was on duty around 5:15pm today 8/21/23) and a paint counter employee who both went above and beyond the help me out today! I greatly appreciated their willingness to help get me what I needed and I think they should be acknowledged! I wish I had got both their names, I believe Clark was the manager's name, and the employee at the paint counter had a red mohawk but I did not get his name. Extremely wonderful employees! Best Home Depot store experience!

Selection was great, found everything easily. I needed half a sheet of 1/4 drywall. All I had to do was ask and one associate grabbed me a sheet goods cart while the other, Dean, helped me move the sheet and then cut it down to rough size on the spot. Excellent customer service!

I love Home Depot because when I need something I just ordered on line and whenever is convenient for myself to pick it up.?

I come here all the time. Staff is nice and will do their best to answer questions. I haven't had any issues finding what I needed. I love HD over other hardware stores because the layout/organization makes sense and I don't need to walk 5mi to find what I need like in some other stores that are copying the Costco scavenger hunt strategy. I can literally walk in, look down the building and easily find what I need. Plus they don't shift products around often so things are in the same place and I'm in&out quickly.

Also props to the Pro desk for helping us order stuff that shows out of stock online or find a comparable item.

The customer service team member “Faucy” healped me find the correct plumbing tools; and now my kitchen sink pipes are nicely put together. No more leakage & other stains. Thank you Home Depot Team.

We purchased a gas grill today and the customer service was top notch. The girls at customer service asked what we were going to be grilling and I said veggie burgers for me because I just had a heart attack. One girl walked away briefly and came back with a small wooden heard that said " I care" on it. It literally made me feel extremely special. The emotional rollercoaster I have had having a major heart attack at 41 is difficult but that heart meant so much to be and made my day that much brighter. Thank you!

I went to this Home Depot to buy paint for my home and the customer service I received was impeccable. Special thanks to the extremely helpful individual with the cool Mohawk that assisted me with picking the perfect paint color I envisioned. He took the time to listen to what I needed and delivered his expertise in a professional and personable way. I wish more customer representatives were more like him.

This Home Depot is super clean and the staff members are really friendly and helpful! I respect the fact that when the associate didn't know the answer to my question he called someone over who was more knowledgeable! Great place for all your home needs!

The customer service was amazing. Rachel went above and beyond . Kind very helpful and even got someone to help carry the patio furniture out to our truck. What I liked most was that they were never mean or disrespectful. They both work with a smile and helpful attitude. The manager and the cashier for pick up for orders on line was great too. She had gotten me a discount on my order . They all are rock stars!!!!!!! Thank you guys.

The employees here are really nice and friendly. This was also where I bought my dads Christmas present. The employees are military friendly. They even held the item that I purchased for over a week without charging a storage fee!

On yesterday, I posted a negative review regarding a disturbing customer service experience from the 'Pro Desk' personnel. I contacted a Manager and was asked to ask for Manager assistance on my next visit. I did and my experience today, was outstanding. I was greeted warmly and efficiently throughout my visit in every department I shopped. Thanks to the entire staff.

Connie did a great job helping us pick out new appliances. We were limited on time that day and she was very efficent and knowledgable about all of the different brands, features, etc..and was a great help in making the purchase simple. Thanks again Connie!

The service desk has been nothing but helpful during the numerous times I have visited. I have never seen such a great group of people work together. I witnessed a lot of rude customers and everyone was there to support one another. The try their best to get curbside pick-ups out in a timely matter, and try to help every customer as fast as they can. They all have great attitudes. I hope everyone continues the great job, as it makes my shopping experience that much better! Also, lumber department seems like they love their job and are always willing to help!

My favorite home improvement store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have experience and are able to help with all of my questions. Unlike the save big money store. I do wish every store was setup the same but I understand there are limitations.

Large store with great selection. Good prices. If you're doing a DIY job at your place this is the one stop shop.

I was there Saturday June 6 at around 2 PM for a curbside pickup. The young man that delivered my order was so incredible and happily loaded my items into my car for me. I then realized too late that I didn't have cash on me to give him a tip. I went back the following day to try to find him to give him a tip for doing an incredible job and for just being awesome but couldn't find him. I thought I found him, but this other young man said "that is awfully nice of you, but that wasn't me. It wouldn't be fair to take something that is rightfully his, but wish I knew who it was so he gets it. Hopefully you'll find him." I'm hoping management will find this review and find out who this gentleman was so I can tip him in person at his next shift. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. They are incredibly nice and helpful and I will continue to support them. Thank you so so much for all you do!! It is super appreciated!!
