Great Customer Service! This people has great skills, hours are convenient! I wish they could be open until 8 pm, but the fact that they open early next day is also convenient! I simply love it coming here than the regular USPS

Stopped in this morning to send some packages, I was helped by Omar. He was very kind and helpful and got it done quickly! Definitely recommend this business

Omar and his team are the very best! They take good care of my paintings and make sure they get to their destinations quickly and he always makes sure to do an excellent job packaging. I would go nowhere else to get my items shipped. Thank you Omar and the team!

Fantastic location. The owner Omar is quick and is very nice. The line goes very fast and I have never seen it have more than 2-3 people at a time. I frequently return/exchange my Amazon purchases at this location and it is so easy!

Great experience with Jared and Teylor. They were so helpful from beginning to end. Teylor especially was so helpful with all of my phone calls! He answered all of my questions with no complaint or attitude and was so accommodating. Great experience overall!

10/11/22 I went to this UPS store and had several international shipments that my own shipping department didn't want to really deal with. Jared, Omar and Jiemy were so patient and kind to me. I really appreciated all of Jared's efforts and reassurances. Thank you Team UPS :)

I just left this store and received outstanding service. I came in 5 minutes before closing and tried to return some pkgs. During the transaction, I realized Amazon only send me 1 label. By this time it was 5 mins past closing. Omar the mgr allowed me to call Amazon right there to obtain the other label. I’m this day and time; I’m grateful he did and most wouldn’t have done what he did! Thanks Omar, great display of customer service and I will be back should the need arises.

We love this place! Omar (owner) is the best. Sure, lines are long sometimes and occasionally there’s a new kid working who doesn’t quite have the hang of things yet…but that’s to be expected in these times. Overall, the customer service is excellent and I highly recommend it.

Where to even begin with how perfect of an experience I had today with the associate Taylor and his general manager Omar Numan. I had absolutely no idea how to utilize their printer for my wedding invitations nor did I have any idea how to alter photos using their computer etc. But Taylor helped me every step of the way and never made me feel ridiculous and to top it off I was able to save some money thanks to their assistance. I really had the best customer service despite being a ball of anxiety and bugging them continuously lol. I highly recommend this location for any and all needs!

This location has the friendliest staff.

I was the victim of a scam. A "customer" gave me a fraudulent payment. Omar was there when we packaged and shipped the item. He also was there to receive my item when I called UPS phone system (not store since it was after hours) to intercept my package. We successfully retrieved my merchandise.

What I love most about this store is that Omar really cares about you. He tries very hard to accommodate his customers. I did not feel cheated on pricing of supplies or shipping costs. As an aside, while you may be only mailing "one envelope," the weight, destination, any specifications (such as confirmed receipt upon delivery), and the material itself if purchased in store incurs a cost - just ask him to tell you what the prices are prior to shipping. That will save a lot of headache on price confusion.

Thanks to my experiences here, I am considering getting a 24-hour mailbox from him.

No hassle, no nonsense, and the return of Amazon is efficient.

The owner, Omar is so friendly and helpful! He helped me figure out how to use Amazon's packageless drop off and was patient and willing to help even though I came just before closing! The store is clean and organized, great parking with some spots just for UPS customers (really helpful as I was dropping off multiple items and it's a busy plaza). Would definitely recommend!!

Ok so I'm going to start off by saying I'm a resident of the UK and had a Friend ship something to me that i couldn't get here in the UK and i ran into some issues as my friend was at the store and i couldn't make the payment to my friend and Omar the guy serving my friend was amazing he went out of his way to help solve this with us.
