Went in because my car wouldn't start. Tyler checked the battery which was fine, and then the connections and realized one of them was loose. He got it fixed and had me back on my way within 10 minutes. I've always loved this store but as long as Tyler is there I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Thank you!!!

I love this store!!! The employees there just look happy and I was greeted by three different people. Brett helped me pick out some wipers and mentioned that one of my headlights were out when I pulled in. I didn't even know that. I recommend this place to everyone

Best Parts store I have ever done business with. Our vehicle broke due to a faulty part from a different advance a long ways away. They let us use their tools, they took us to a restaurant to eat while they drove over an hour to get the correct part, and they took care of all the parts I needed to get my truck back on the road without me even having to ask. This is A+ customer service and ALL retailers should be like this for their customers!

Byrdle was awesome!!!! He helped my boyfriend fix part of his car free of charge and was so kind!! highly recommend

Friendly people, good service. I had a dead battery at 8pm, ordered one online, jumped the car, drove with kids (one who fell asleep), asked one of the team members if he could install the battery (which they will do for free), and he came out without complaint in sub-30 degree temps and was done in 5 minutes.

Great customer service! Helped me figure out that my belt snapped in half. Rec’d a great mechanic. Glad I went to this store AND the mechanic they sent me to :)

Just want to say kudos to Advanced auto parts for the service and willingness to help. My car died not too far from AAP and I ran to them and asked for a new battery. I had no tools in the car with me so I asked if I can borrow a tool, and they just gave me and asked to just bring it back when you done. Later diagnosed the car and find that the problem was faulty alternator, which was suggested by AAP employee. Had to return the battery since it was not battery problem. Got money returned no questions asked. Great service!!! Great people!!!

David was the best employee great service with a smile! Not very often you run up on decent people anymore! Plan to shop there more often GO DAVID!

They helped me save money on a battery for my old car today. Gary was very helpful, friendly and he changed batteries in only a few minutes. This is my favorite parts store.

Employees always willing to help. Will replace battery if I ask them too. Mostly in there for headlights to my car. When they remind me to not touch the bulb everytime!

Almost always have what we need for our vehicles. Often can pre-order online, get a discount, and it's ready when we get there!

So very helpful, did a thorough check on my battery ,diagnosed the problem and replaced it No more worries over being stranded when my truck won't start!

Tonight is yet another example of why I always shop at Advance Auto Parts.

It started raining when I noticed that one of my windshield wipers was shredded. I’m from Texas and it doesn’t rain that often, so these things can go unnoticed.

So, I pull into Advance Auto Parts to get new wiper blades. Yes, it’s still raining. And I wanted to ask, but didn’t. It seemed like it was too much.

But without asking, Kieran offers to help me with my wipers. Kieran is the guy who helped me figure out which wipers to buy. Then he rung me up. Then he made the offer.

So, Kieran goes out in the rain to change my wiper blades. Three generations of my family were in the car. I looked at them and said, that’s why I shop at Advance Auto Parts.
